What is Upward365?
Upward365 is one platform for performance management and employee engagement, built for companies between 50 and 2,000 employees. Reviews, 360s, goals, manager notes, recognition, pulse surveys, and eNPS all live in the same place at the same price, so you are not stitching two systems together or paying for a second contract to connect them.
The problem with most performance software is that the annual review arrives empty. Managers rebuild twelve months from memory the week it is due. Upward365 captures context as the year happens through Notes, Uplifts, and Flight Checks, then surfaces it in History Hub the moment a review opens. Briefings give 1:1s a shared agenda. A dashboard queue tells each manager what is due and links straight to it.
Engagement data sits next to that, not in a separate tool. Pulse surveys and eNPS keep your read on each team current, so a dip shows up while there is still time to respond. Reports pull both sides into one view for leadership.
Pricing is one number: $8 per user, per month. Annual commitment, with a $4,000 annual minimum. No tiers, no add-ons, and no support level that answers faster.
