What is Email Meter Enterprise ?

Email Meter is an email analytics platform for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 that turns email metadata into response time, SLA, shared mailbox, and productivity analytics, without accessing the content of any email. It is purpose-built for Customer Success, Operations, and IT teams that need to measure team email performance. It is not an email marketing tool, a helpdesk, or a CRM.

Architecture & deployment

Email Meter connects via OAuth at the domain level using the Microsoft Graph API and the Gmail API. There are no browser extensions, no client-side agents, and no changes to how your team works in Gmail or Outlook. Deployment is domain-wide and managed centrally, most teams are live within an hour, and data is available within minutes. Email Meter is available on the Google Workspace Marketplace. It processes header metadata only (timestamps, sender, recipient, thread structure) and never reads, processes, or stores the body or attachments of emails.

Coverage & data sources

Response time tracking works across individual inboxes, shared mailboxes, delegated mailboxes, Google Groups, Microsoft 365 Groups, Exchange Online, and distribution lists. Historical data is retained for up to 2 years on standard plans and is unlimited on enterprise plans.

For business intelligence and data warehousing, Email Meter offers a native BigQuery connector and API access to push email analytics into any data warehouse or visualization tool, such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
