Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Q. What is TWIPLA used for?
TWIPLA is a complete website intelligence platform that gives organizations one place to see every visitor, understand what they do and why it matters, and act on it. Four stages and thirteen tools run on a single tracking code, replacing a separate stack of analytics, heatmap, session recording and feedback products. Observe shows who is on the site and where they came from. Live Visitor Activity shows who is on the website this second. Traffic Sources and Exit Paths covers every route in, AI assistants included, and every route out. Audience Intelligence reveals visitor profiles, devices and, on eligible plans, the companies visitors work for. Campaign Engagement shows what UTM-tagged traffic did after the click. Competition, Industry and Regional Benchmarking sets the site’s numbers against its sector, and eCommerce Analytics reports orders, revenue, products and campaigns for online stores. Analyze shows how visitors behave. Event Tracking and Visitor Journey Analysis records every button, form and click from day one and reads them back as one journey. UX Health Score and Friction Monitoring counts rage clicks, dead clicks and U-turns and gives the whole site one score. Heatmaps provide click, move and scroll layers for any page, Session Recordings replay real visits, and Visitor Surveys and Polls offer ten question types, shown on the page they are about. Understand shows what it costs. Conversion and Revenue Tracking measures the financial value of every funnel step, shows where visitors progress, abandon or get stuck, and reports revenue by campaign, channel and company. Act shows what to do next. Growth Engine, included from the Basic plan up, groups pages into topics, scores each on traffic, engagement and intent, and ranks what to fix or write next, each with the evidence, a playbook and a projected session and conversion lift. TWAIA AI Assistant answers plain-language questions over the data and generates page drafts from an approved playbook, SEO and GEO optimized. Filters carry across tools, so a number on one screen becomes a recording, a funnel or an answer with one click. Reporting is real time and unsampled, with scheduled email reports, custom dashboards and unlimited data exports. Tracking is cookieless and first-party. Consent banners, ad blockers and browser restrictions hide 60 to 80 percent of visits from cookie-based analytics; TWIPLA counts them. Four privacy modes, Light, Medium, GDPR and Maximum Privacy, are designed to align tracking with GDPR, CCPA and ePrivacy. Maximum Privacy is the default and works without cookies, fingerprinting, IP tracking or visitor consent, so TWIPLA itself needs no cookie banner. The Privacy Center can apply a different mode per visitor country on eligible plans. A dual tracking code attaches to the accept and decline buttons of a cookie banner, so lower modes run only after consent and declined visitors are still counted in Maximum Privacy. Data is hosted in Germany on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure, with a Data Processing Agreement available in the platform. Installation takes a tracking code or a ready-made integration for WordPress, Wix and TYPO3, with guided setups for Google Tag Manager and Weebly. Unlimited websites can be managed from one account, with unlimited collaborators on higher plans. An API is available on every paid plan. Agencies and platforms can white-label the product, and analytics-as-a-service, API and iFrame integrations let SaaS providers and hosts embed it under their own brand. TWIPLA is used by 2.5 million websites, including Virgin, TYPO3 and TUM. A free plan, a 30-day Premium trial with no credit card required, and standard plans that differ by traffic volume rather than feature access cover individual site owners through to enterprises.
