What is Medsender?

Medsender is a document management and file-sharing software designed to help businesses in the healthcare and insurance sector share documents via fax, email, and text messages. The HIPAA compliant platform enables administrators to share encrypted protected health information (PHI) with relevant personnel in real-time.

Medical professionals can receive electronic medical records (EMR) via fax numbers, search documents, and forward or export them using a unified interface. Medsender allows managers to share documents with patients via emails, track when files are viewed, and control viewing access. Operators can also utilize the optical character recognition (OCR) and categorization functionality to search information across images and PDFs.

Medsender lets businesses automatically retry delivery of failed and misdelivered transmissions. Teams can also capture digital signatures, request authorizations, and utilize built-in cover sheets and audit logs to generate compliance reports.
