SmartVault’s white-labeling capabilities allow enterprises to personalize the portal with custom logos and establish brand identity with clients. Users can create multiple folders to scan, store, and organize digital documents in a centralized repository for future reference. It offers a host of features such as email notifications, file versioning, automatic file lock, full-text search, two-factor authentication, payment processing, drag-and-drop interface, and more.
