Workflow Guidance helps employees through compliance-critical workflows, the Userlane Assistant connects users to knowledge base articles, support resources, and process documentation without leaving the application. The Engagement Suite enables targeted in-app announcements, surveys, and communications. All assistance content is measurable: organizations track which content is used, whether it resolves the issue, and how adoption changes over time.

The platform supports SSO integration, role-based access controls, and multi-environment management. Data-residency options include EU, US and UK hosting.
