Jobba is a cloud-based Roofing software that provides tools to help Roofing contractors manage jobs, perform inspections, streamline sales processes, and generate performance reports. It's designed to enable faster growth for Commercial roofers with service departments and larger Residential roofers.
Features include automated notifications, status tracking, remote access, and calendar management. The application allows users to create estimates and proposals and collect customer’s approval on contracts via electronic signature. Contractors can use the Hot Roof tool to record aerial roof measurements, document site damages with photos, videos, and notes, and share details with team members. Supervisors can also manage the production process, track costs, schedule crew members, and view upcoming projects.
Businesses can use Jobba to automatically import leads from multiple sources and measure progress by calculating sales performance along with average project completion time. It includes a powerboard feature, which lets managers assign jobs to suitable crew members with the required skill set as well as monitor work updates. The software also offers integration with multiple third-party applications such as Google Maps, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, and more.

It was a one sided relationship form the beginning and we finally had enough and left, that's when they really made it difficult. When they finally realized we were leaving and requested a download of our information, the cost to have them download our information was increased by 4000% and they purposefully tried to encrypt the information so we couldn't take it to competitor.
