Antlere is a web-based Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey software which enables brands to distribute surveys through multiple channels and analyze customer feedback. Customers can be sent 2-question NPS surveys by email or SMS, asked in-store, or surveys can be embedded directly in websites. Antlere automatically decodes feedback for interpretation, with text analysis to give insight into trending topics, and sentiment analysis to identify positive, negative, or neutral emotion in feedback. Manual and automatic tags allow users to organize feedback and analyze trends, and the number of mentions of individual products and services can also be tracked.

This softwares advance analytics pin pointed the problems and now we are working on fixing them.
