What is Ginesys OMS?
Browntape is a multi-channel eCommerce inventory management software for Brands. The software enables merchants and vendors to increase sales of their products on multiple online stores, from one system. The software pulls all Indian online marketplace orders (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) into one place. From Browntape, shipping labels can be bulk printed, and orders packed, shipped and tracked.
Browntape provides complete visibility of all orders on one page. Order time, customer details, items purchased, prior returns and more are all saved and searchable on the system. Browntape can also run reports or export data to Excel for analysis.
Merchants can manage all shipping tasks from Browntape, too. Dispatch managers can create shipping batches, generate pick lists, pack lists, and proper tax invoices. Inventory levels are automatically tracked and updated across channels. If an order is received from Snapdeal for example, it's inventory is automatically reduced in Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
