Better Customer Service could really help this company

We have not moved because we now have so much data in KarmaCRM.

Pros

You can look at all your customers at a glance and export reports.

Cons

The mobile app gives very little info and you are unable to look at your calendar or retrieve contact's info quickly.

KarmaCRM = insightly on steroids

Pros

For me, KarmaCRM’s next best feature after task process templates is its Dashboard. Basically, you can create a “home page” of multiple “widgets” , each of which can be set to display whatever information you need to see.

Cons

KarmaCRM's mobile app isn’t great, but then you can’t expect to run a sophisticated CRM like this from a phone.

Like many crm users, I’ve tried 30 or 40 web-based CRMs looking for the one that’s perfect for my small business. Like everybody else, I’ve found it doesn’t exist – there’s always some vital feature missing, which you don’t find out until you are three days into it. But KarmaCRM hasn't got any missing features that I have found. It has email tracking, APIs, third party integrations, internal notifications, permissions, easy import and export – everything you expect in a modern CRM. KarmaCRM has very few online reviews, simply because people understandably gravitate to the CRM that has the most good reviews, thereby creating a snowball effect (see insightly). If you need something with the ease of use of insightly, and the greater power of Salesforce, but without the expense or the programming complexity, you will love KarmaCRM.

(which of course wouldn't, as it is cloud-based and you can have everything exported from it)

I've used Reynolds and Reynolds CRM's, MWA whom I'm with has a great CRM and I've tried others.

Pros

Quick entry of day's touches, Quick scheduling of future events, Printable task list (which incl 'overdue' scheduled events), Great app, which lets me search for contacts, and with two taps dial directly, Before entering a business, searching company on app lists ALL contacts I've made prior within company (valuable reminder), Good search engine to bring up contacts when only a 'hint' of reference is known, Very responsive tech and customer service staff, Reasonable price too (based on user numbers).

Cons

Since I take the printed Task list with me in travels, I wish the printed list would allow 'phone numbers' to print with each task, as it would save me time. There are times when I'm away from WiFi.

There are many CRM systems out there and we have looked at them all. The best value is KarmaCRM, by far. Their policy of trying the product to see how it fits your needs before engaging in a long term committment makes it very easy move forward with them. It also allows you see how the product is supported, which is important.
