Limo Anywhere includes a range of ride management tools which enable users to schedule, dispatch, and track rides in real-time. Users can customize the dispatch grid to suit their preferences, and multiple trips can be scheduled and assigned simultaneously. Users can also send out text messages to drivers, and manage customer details and preferences. The online booking process includes distance-based pricing, and automatic round trips, and the account dashboard allows users to review ride activity and spending levels. Users can choose to offer their customers a custom-branded passenger app, which includes tools for checking prices, confirming availability, creating bookings, status updates, GPS location tracking, and more. Customers can also manage their credit cards and communication preferences through the passenger app.
Limo Anywhere’s native iOS and Android driver apps allow drivers to receive trip details, and close out trips in real time. Users can transfer trip details to drivers with a single click, track driver locations, and view trip status updates. The app can also be used to process credit card payments, and capture customer signatures.
