What is Onpipeline?

Onpipeline is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution for sales teams that offers visual pipeline management, as well as email and calendar integration. The solution can be used to manage contacts, sales, tasks, deadlines, leads, and more, from one central location, and it can be integrated with third party email and calendar tools including Google Calendar, Outlook, and Office 365 to synchronize scheduled events.

With Onpipeline, sales teams can track deals and manage their sales pipeline using interactive boards. Users have complete visibility into every stage of the sales pipeline, and can sort, filter, and move deals to manage and prioritize them. The calendar tool within Onpipeline allows users to schedule tasks, events, calls, follow-ups, and other meetings, and events can be linked to contacts within the database. Custom web forms can be generated and any leads gathered from the forms are stored within the system. Onpipeline offers lead management features such as lead source tracking, lead validation, duplicate detection, and contact creation from leads.

Other features of the Onpipeline platform include marketing automation, custom fields, call tracking and recording, email tracking, permissions management, API access, custom reporting, and more.

Onpipeline has helped my company to keep our sales' flow updated without any excel files or research on the email inbox. The software has also strengthen the overall team work, by creating a clear and unfailing communication between sales people.

I used Sales Force in the past and I found it very complex to customise and to use, the technical team wasn't able to adapt it to our sales 'team and eventually we had to give up on it. When I discovered Onpipeline I first thought that the price was very convenient, and then I figured that I didn't need any technical team to customise it and adapt it to my business needs. At the moment on our account there are 3 different teams, each with their own features. The sync with the email and calendar provider is perfectly functional, it's mobile responsive and thus I highly recommend it to enhance your business if you have more than 3 or 4 salespersons.

I honestly don't see any negative things about this software so far.
