SwiftCheck is a cloud-based background screening & employment checking solution that helps businesses conduct pre-employment background checks on candidates, to vet potential employees before hiring. The centralized platform enables employers to trace social security numbers (SSNs) provided by candidates, and generate screening reports in compliance with industry standards.
SwiftCheck lets businesses perform DMV record checks on applicants to retrieve details regarding traffic violations, license suspensions, and issue/expiration dates. It helps users validate candidates’ employment history and collect critical information such as previous job title, salary, reason for leaving, and rehire eligibility, improving recruitment processes. Plus, managers can conduct reference checks for applicants by communicating with previous business associates and colleagues, enabling employers to gain insights into applicants’ workplace behavior.
SwiftCheck offers integration with various third-party applicant tracking systems (ATSs) such as Newton, Workday, EfficientHire, Tech Fetch, People Matters and more. It also enables enterprises to monitor employee records in real-time and receive alerts/notifications on new criminal charges, infractions or license expirations.
