The ease of scheduling new activities, its seamless integration into our website and effortless booking for our customers has been a winning combo.
Requests to speak to managers are ignored. Unless you call and call there is no movement on your concerns and some customer support representatives are downright rude.
Setting it up was super easy. The level of customization from email templates to booking flow is really impressive.
Possibly fraudulent - definitely misrepresenting their service and product.
I like the all-inclusive feel of the check-out. I like the ability to customize emails, have waivers signed in the program itself and all the customer information tracked by booking.
Does not have all the functionality I need. What I really disliked most about this company is the accounting department.
The best part is this software is designed for the user, cheap and can be used in Costa Rica. This tool will be of great help for waivers, payment hold and organizing offline bookings.

It has a great user interface as well as good automation, customer templates and great API. Good for scheduled activities.
I would prefer a flat monthly fee. Some of the fields are missing from the reports which is frustrating.
No glitches, no hacks, and runs just very very smoothly. The monthly updating is essential to improve it & keep the quality at a top industry best standard.
Lack of customer service. Malfunctioning software.
Ease of use, format of information is really good. Adding tours or cloning tours and alterations is great.
But the not good part is the lack of payment integration with the Brazilian market.
If you are starting up, It is a very good way to prepare your company for growth.
Difficult to separate the genuine resellers from time wasters.

Rezdy has made vouchers, sharing products, agents commission, promo codes easy , seamless delivery and instant confirmation for FIT and agents - love it.

I like the integration with big third party booking sites so we can offer live inventory. I also like the email system for customers and the professional interface.

They made the setup and deploment of products so easy. Our team is now confident and consumers also find it so easy to make bookings.

Xola has the BEST feature set, an amazing look and feel that your customers will love and they have a solid support team - the friendliest and most helpful ever.
Unable to book with different email if same name (problem when working with concierge bookings). Cannot assign guides if turn around time is tight from one event to the next.
The best part about Xola is that they do the heavy lifting for you. They get the booking software up on the site for you and it works great.
One other thing that is slightly annoying is I have to refresh the page or close then open the app to get it to refresh to see if there are any other bookings.
We have been using this software for 4 years and love it. We are continually contacted by other systems, but this is by far our favorite.
My issue is they are making you pay for all of the functionality instead of just paying for what you use.
I encourage you to look seriously at them - they are the best fit by far for us and I have interviewed and ran trails with the major competitors.
I will say that when i do a back office reservations it has on numerous ocations reserved them for the whole day and three extra days, blocking other customers from using it.
That's very important when running online based business. Customer service has been extremely responsive, and the development of new services and features has been very welcome.

The price is absolutely fair, I am so happy to found this system. Super professional, fast and direct support.
Sometimes my customer reviews disappear from the site which is annoying. My client have contacted me at time to say they were not able to book as the site was not allowing it for some reason.
Love the ease for our clients to book and it has a built in website. It integrates with square and very affordable.
It's VERY annoying that we have to renew the free version manually on a monthly basis. This was forgotten the first couple of months, which caused issues with the widget on the website.
I love how user friendly this software is. I found the video tutorials very helpful and the customer service was prompt and friendly.
I found I was unable to resent a confirmation email to a client, may be me, but I could not find a way through their booking to resend so had to PDF print their ticket and send via normal email.
I love that it has so many features to customize the experience. As well its great help in cutting down bookings over the phone.
One downside is paying a monthly or yearly fee for something you may only use intermittently.
I've looked at different booking solutions and found SimplybookIt not only has the best solution, but it also has the best price/quality ratio. And the Support team has been very helpfull for me.
It has been a great experience and the customer support is very helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs this type of service.
Over all experience ahs been fantastic. I very much appreciate all of the features simplybook has to offer.

I find it truly amazing how little work I need to put in to make an amazing website. You will have people think the website was made by a professional not by yourself in a short amount of time.
Their policies are ridiculous and customer service knowledge and etiquette are terrible. I have to share the latest bizarre policy I've run into.
I found WIX through an advertisement that claimed that the software was easy to use to create a website for yourself and it's true. It's easy to use and also fun to use.
Sometimes the apps cost money or you have limited amount of the app you can use before it costs money. This is frustrating when you start using it and then realize you are stuck.
You will like Wix and I'm sure with a little time and effort and your creative juices flowing, you can create a spectacular website that is user friendly and your customers would appreciate.
The only problem that I have faced is that trying get to different pages of your website while in editing mode is confusing.

Sometimes the apps cost money or you have limited amount of the app you can use before it costs money. This is frustrating when you start using it and then realize you are stuck.
You will like Wix and I'm sure with a little time and effort and your creative juices flowing, you can create a spectacular website that is user friendly and your customers would appreciate.
The only problem that I have faced is that trying get to different pages of your website while in editing mode is confusing.

It's a great way to make a good portfolio, that's the only reason I use Wix over WordPress in my portfolio site. It's free, it's easy to update, has a great video uploader, sketchfab interaction.

The seamless process of managing the events, seminars or webinars, is truly amazing and super quick. It manages to remove the hassles from the POV of the admin.
The event management UI was slow and awkward to use. I did have a couple of periods of site outage that caused me some pain.
I love how easy it is to search for events, how easy it is to RSVP, and how everything is visible in your account (and is also sent to your email for extra ease).
The worst part is they froze our payouts without telling us, until one day we noticed the lack of deposits and logged into Eventbrite to find it.
What I like most about the Eventbrite platform is how user friendly it is to create the events and the ease for those purchasing to make their purchase.
The lack of customer service during the pandemic was frustrating. Also, the percentage Eventbrite takes for ticketed events is higher than other companies.
It has been a fantastic help and it is very easy to set up everything and manage the information.
I've never had any issue with the use of the software. I haven't attended an event I booked on Eventbrite and was denied entry because I had the wrong ticket.

Brilliant great managers that keep you on track to make sure you are optimise all the features that are constantly being updated.
The customer support service is terrible - I have had payments taken from clients that have not been transferred to me causing cash flow problems.
It makes my business run more efficiently, at a higher profit and a seamless experience for my clients. Everything about this system just works, the team have done an excellent job.
You will also be manipulated and pressured and lied to to get you off the free system and onto the payment system.
I like that it’s an easy program to use with great functions that are improving all the time.
Even though your no show fees could end up paying for the fees, if you do not have any no shows a lot of your earnings are then left to pay for the fees.
Coming from a much more complicated system like MINDBODY, Fresha was so wonderfully easy to figure out and implement. Customer service has always been so kind and responsive and happy to help.
I must admit I might be confused on the billing policy.
I LOVE EVERYTHING about this software and I LOVE watching software grow with what the CUSTOMERS are wanting.
I raised my prices a little to cover the transaction fees which are not much at all. I love fresha I’m so happy with everything they do and have done for me.
Customer service through messenger and once assigned an advisor was great. Very helpful and attentive.
It is amazingly easy to use, and since being open I have had excellent reviews from my clients on how easy it is to book an appointment.
When they aren't changing things every week, we are very happy with the product. We love the new app which makes sure my therapists know immediately when their schedule changes.
Fresha also has fast team supports even it's free. It able to Booking Online, create Vouchers, create discounts, rearrange queue for therapists, track customers, provide very good data analysis.
The interface is very well thought out and it runs so smooth and glitch free. I love everything from the calendars to the confirmation texts to the payments.

Probably the best thing about Fareharbor is the absolutely fantastic support. When you need to do or change something, all you need to do is ask and the support team will have it done very quickly.
Also the fact there were so many small mistakes when buiding it, (we've had to ask to fix the same mistake more than one time because one thing got solved but created another problem).
They care deeply about our success as a business and we feel the love and support from their staff as we grow our business and partnership with their company.
The obvious one complaint is that FH charges customers who make a booking online (on my website for example) a 6% fee, totally seperate and additional to any tax, which adds up.
So far I really appreciate the help offered by those assigned to help set up our company w/a new reservation system that we hope will be much more user friendly for both us and our customers.
I thought it was overreaching to think that after submitting my information that I would be up and running in a week. I was gladly proven wrong.
It has strong features that does almost anything you could wish from a solution like this one. Software is excellent and it comes with premium custom support.
I raised this with their developers and the response was sorry, its all hard coded. I then asked if I could have the fareharbour branding removed from the booking pages.
I would highly recommend this software. Customer support is excellent their staff are quick to reply and help with any situation that arises.
My favorite part of this software was that it is easy to customize. We are a weather dependent experience so how simple refunds & rebookings were was also exciting to us.
It also integrates seamlessly with our website and is exceptionally user-friendly, not to mention how beautiful it looks.

This is the best website/app when making reservations. It is seamless and super easy to see what your options are when looking at places to go.
Difficult at first to locate the specefic restaurant I was looking for. Unable to change reservation from site, can only cancel.
The app is user friendly and intuitive, it keeps track of your reservations and is much more secure and hassle free than calling the restaurant and hoping they pick up the phone.
My only problem with OpenTable is the cuisine categories aren't always accurate which can make it slightly difficult to find what you're looking for when you're in the mood for something specific.
I like the design of the app and the user friendly it has become they did some great improvements.
There is nothing that I have encountered as of yet that makes me dislike this app.
Open Table was a useful program that helped me to make reservations at my favorite restaurants. It was easy to make the reservations and I liked the alerts when the table was ready.

OpenTable is wonderful, not only do they have fast and professional customer service, they're also improving the software everyday.
I have enjoyed the recent upgrades, it makes the website more user friendly and less complicated. I particularly enjoy the feature that allows me to make a reservation depending on my party size.
I've had a great experience and the customer support is very helpful when i needed it.
It is easy and quick to make restaurant reservations. I like that I can earn rewards for dining out.
It has been a good experience working with them. We also use Resy and feel it has better value for money than open table.
I love that it is integrated with Google and therefore very easy to use. I use it to make reservations regularly.
The cancellation is also super easy to do. It integrates with google calendar, which I use religiously.
I like being able to filter restaurants around the area by type of food, cost, distance, etc.

Great for the beauty industry, easy for us to use and easy for clients, much more reasonably priced than other scheduling software.
I get calls all the time of accidental appointments made and they are unable to locate how to cancel them. Or I have to call and verify that is the day and time they wanted their appointment for.
I like how user friendly the software is. Also if I can't figure out something costumer service is wonderful and helpful.
It turns out that i have to go on the other side of the title and click on to modify. That was misleading and indirect to me.
Easy to set up and use with other third party vendors, impressed with functionality and flexibility. Love the features to include others in the calendar when working as a team.
I am still unsure of how I need to streamline my settings as to not double up on services or make things more confusing than they need to be.

The backend interface is clean and very easy to use and our product pages are beautiful. The pop-up booking page directly integrated on our booking site is also a great feature.
Again, this occurred in the middle of active bookings which has been both incredibly damaging to our reputation, our client's brand and created a very unprofessional situation for all concerned.
We are so happy to have made the switch this year to the platform. I love the reminders for payments to participants that are seamless and the ease of communicating with each group at one time.
Our experience was horrible, forced to pay for all of this out of pocket and they have the nerve to be sending our attendees emails for reviews.
Best of all, the customer service team is very competent and even cheerful. The company is always improving and adding new features to make it better.
Could confuse customers when they see it assuming that this is your brand name or even think they have opened a wrong link.

Once you are familiar with Bokun it's a superb tool and the support team is awesome, always just a few minutes away to help you solve your issues.
But when I was faced with a weak checkout UX for our customers and with a bad support, I searched for other solutions.
When Bokun launched, I loved the product. It was affordable, solid and easy to implement into my website.
At the time I was using it, customer support was the worst part of it.
I actually liked the options, the system and the way of managing it. It is recommended because it is useful, easy to use and priceless.
Many hasitate knowing that this is not a privately heald software but viator being behind it but I personally can't see why this is something that bad.
Benefits are to have a software we can rely on, it provides ease of use, it's practical and have the best support we have ever experienced of any partner or platform we have worked with.
We are massively disappointed by the move Bokun has made from commission based bookings to a monthly subscription fee.
What I like best is the help when needed, usually very quick and accurate.

I also want to express my thanks to the excellent staff members who replied to all of our requests quickly and in detail.
But the admin side for making changes is a little poor and can be frustrating.
Everithing ,easy to use ,and cheap and exelante. Thank you BookyWay for helping us.
For admin it's a bit of nightmare making changes, especially if you notice a small mistake on a recurring class and then you have to go delete the class and renter everything.
Great because I can book all my apointments with this app.
At times the software can run a little slow and be a little ‘ jumpy’ Very limited choice of exercises for client personal programme.
I like how easy it is to use and even my most inexperienced members found it to be a piece of cake.
Not having the option to cancel an appointment on a course without having the rest of the weeks also canceled.

The creation of the calendar has been a real help for me and the addition of their workouts on the software as well.
Once you sign up, it is easy to get your email and password set up to be in the App quickly. The app is easily accessible on your phone and can send you reminders you have scheduled an event.

Having a free trial has helped me to try and see if its best suitable for my business and it has been a pleasure using the service.
I had literally used the software for 5 days before it became useless for us. I feel they misrepresented this feature on their website, and also refuse to refund.
Super easy to use and the free online set up assistance is superb. Within the first week I had 5 new clients schedule with me which was a huge increase from before when they had to call or email.
In January 2016 there were multiple of such outages. The weird, or should I say horrible thing is that Appointy doesn't even notify it's paying customers that there's an outage.
I am so happy with their customer service, and if I would have more rooms again in future I would be happy to pay them because Appointed support was always on time and helpful.
But for the price I pay I wish to have language option (I need Finnish language for my clients). Integration on Facebook is not available what is bad as everyone is offering it now for schedule.

I also like how they are now integrated with Google. The data, analytics, and reporting features/tools are really good.
The best thing is the customer service. I have never in my life been more please with a live-chat service than I have with Appointy.

Overall we are very impressed by how easy it is to use SuperSaaS Appointment Schedule and the brilliant the customer support is.
All that power is useless if arranging an appointment is a slow, difficult and finally frustrating experience for the user.
I wasn't sure how to transfer our subscrition but the help I got from SuoerSaaS was superb.
No doubt why several clients have dismissed by SuperSaas-based prototype scheduling platform. The backend interface suffers from similar problems, but at least only admins can see them.
It is easy to use and has good quality for the price. The best feature is without doubt the customer service: fast, effective, and kind.
It looks awful - a recent refresh helped a tiny bit. No bulk editing of customers - so a change can require accessing hundreds of customers individually.

Overall I'm just thrilled with being able to take all my booking through this site because of its simple platform and the phenomenal customer service help at hand.
Maybe the trial could have been a bit longer to alow for the set up would be my only negative comment.
The customer service and support has always being outstanding- this was so important when I was setting up and had lots of questions.
I recently contacted Bookwhen to cancel my subscription as I haven't been using it.
The software was easy to set up and use ( even for not technical persons like me). It looks super professional and gave our events a quality feel.
The only negative is that it doesn't look as 'sexy' as wanted it to. It is a little boring in it's over all look.

I really love how easy it is to navigate to my client list and find out when all of their appointments are. I also love the professional look of the booking page that the client sees.
Your payment screen bugs out and the blame has been onto PayPal, however a couple of months in and no fixes. It will send me elsewhere.

You have to go to each day to block out vacation and such.

We could see who cancelled and made appointments. We could integrate with our merchant service (Square) rather than use PayPal.
I am so glad I signed up for BookedIn. It has made my workflow so much easier, the systerm is easy to use and the communication to my clients is easy and looks very nice & clean.

HELP GUIDE - WOW! now this is a great addition to the Ovatu Manager and set up, its easy to understand and the step by step instructions make it less of a task to take on yourself.
Unable to set up more than 1 set week (I work shifts). No shop option for customers to buy products online.
Forms are super helpful especially when they automatically send out. Online booking is great, I love how it integrates into my website seamlessly.
I don't like the inability to block out a specific day. You can block but it still allows you to book over it.
My experience right from the start of using Ovatu Manager has been superb. The support team and their after sales service is amazing.
We have not used the system to its full potential, due to lack of training and information. This makes it difficult to show new staff how to work the system effectively.
Now with the improved waitlist option its even better. I can develop my own consent forms which are sent when a client books online.
Just the odd fidly bit-But its really straightforward.
Booking reminders are brilliant and so necessary. It has saved my business truck loads of money as it helps reduce those dreaded "no-shows.
I integrate with Stripe and Paypal so my booking and checking out process is seamless. I love the fact that everything is digital and I am 100% paperless and compliant for GDPR.
The online booking feature leaves me free to treat clients without having to spend time taking calls or replying to emails. My clients love the reminder service and ease of use.

We love everything about gymaster, it is cost effective, user friendly and the support is great.
My only complaint would be that the with everything you get it doesn’t come with the door strike.
Overall experience with Gymmaster is great and i would recommend it to other users that need a software program for their fitness facilities. Its a great program for member base collection.

Developers are very good at helping with custom needs. They did a custom project for me in the beginning - the price was very reasonable and it has turned out better than I had hoped for.

I also like its automatic reminders and it has integrations with popular calendar apps. In my view, it is a solid choice for companies looking to improve their appointment scheduling process.
I hate the back and forth to set up appointments, it drives me nuts. Once back and forth is fine but the constant how about this, what about that, etc was too much.

She genuinely seemed to enjoy her job and helping me, and it came out in the service she provided. My first experience with Bookafy Customer Support made me glad I switched from the other company.

Really easy to book workspaces. Some cool spaces available especially in East London, I went to some really nice hotel lobbies to work, loved Hart Shoreditch the best.
Limited options for my location and as I do not travel so haven't been able to use it in other locations.
I travel alot so it's extremely easy to find a workspace wherever I am. But the best aspect of being an Othership member is the fantastic community support.
However those were new venues at that time and that issue no longer occurs.
The pricing is the first attraction for me. The ease to find affordable office spaces as well as the hybrid functionality at a reasonable pricing is great.
Not that many locations in my area which is a shame.
Othership is not only a practical and affordable remote working solution for me as a freelancer. The great community they have built helped me grow my business network.
Often the venue managers aren’t expecting me or familiar with othership even when I’ve booked. Sometimes the background music is distracting and too loud for calls.
This community has been incredible and I have loved connecting with all the interesting fellow remote workers/ freelancers/ self-employed.
It has a large active a community that provides great advice and opportunities.
You immediately get the vibe of the space and whether it would be a good fit for the kind of work you need to do.

The companies customer service and support is outstanding. Mobile and user friendly interface makes it really easy for parents to book trials or register for classes.
I have to print 3 separate registers at present which is a little frustrating.
Saved on time and paperwork and through the Covid pandemic, they have help our hand all the way. M really grateful to have been with class4kids through this time.
The platform fees are quite high and there are some functions you cant use unless you absorb all platforms fees. Which workout costly to the business.
I might add, during the past year (COVID-19) the support, help and discounts over the year have been absolutely amazing, kind and thoughtful.
Inability to run reports and manipulate the data it holds.
The people who offer support are very friendly and helpful and overall I am very satisfied with ClassForKids.
Parent's have to specify boy/girl when signing children up and there is no option to remove this. It's not information we need so essentially something we shouldn't ask under GDPR.
The system has changed how we run completely, the tech staff are fantastic and prompt with answering any questions regarding the system and overall we are so grateful to.

It’s amazing to have your days in one place. Square sends out reminders and confirmations which is amazing.
Square has no emergency procedures. I was just told Monday morning that the initial complaint was not entered correctly and no one has even looked at our issue yet.
We liked that it tied into Square and we wanted to keep everything inside of unified platform. We also like clean layout.
I hate having to login with my email and password over and over.
I have a wonderful time using square and I recommend it to everyone I know that’s in business.
The calendar is not functional at all. There is no calendar in the app either (computer only) so our techs in the field cannot use it.
I liked that it integrated with Square Payments. Good for reminding clients of appointments by email and text.
Occasionally, we had a client who could not use the software and had to call. In every case, they were using Internet Explorer (no telling what version) OR they simply said they preferred to call.
I love that I can complete transactions and book the same client all in one place. M a one man show so this makes life easy and helps me retain business.
Love it, use it almost every day so quick and easy and convenient. I would highly recommend for any business.

The calendar is not functional at all. There is no calendar in the app either (computer only) so our techs in the field cannot use it.

Occasionally, we had a client who could not use the software and had to call. In every case, they were using Internet Explorer (no telling what version) OR they simply said they preferred to call.
