Autocalls is an AI powered voice agent platform that automates inbound and outbound phone calls across multiple sectors. The solution enables organizations to deploy autonomous voice agents that manage a range of customer interactions including appointment scheduling, lead qualification, customer support inquiries and sales outreach. The technology supports operations in more than one hundred languages with diverse accent variations and includes enterprise grade security certifications such as ISO standards, GDPR compliance and HIPAA availability for healthcare contexts.

The platform features a no code interface that facilitates the creation and customization of AI voice agents without programming expertise. A step by step wizard and prompt builder guide configuration processes through the selection of conversation flows, response strategies and call handling rules. Simultaneous call handling capacities allow for dozens of parallel calls on a single phone line, eliminating queue wait times. Voice customization capabilities include hundreds of natural sounding voice options across multiple languages and accents with the ability to replicate brand voices through cloning functions.

Knowledgebase functions enable the ingestion of organizational documents in formats such as PDFs, images and text files or the crawling of website content to train AI agents on company information. The system provides detailed analytics and reporting that cover call recordings, transcriptions and configurable performance charts. Human transfer features allow calls to be forwarded to live agents when scenarios require real time intervention or upon caller request.

Integration with more than three hundred third party tools is supported through a drag and drop automation interface similar to other workflow platforms. Popular connections include customer relationship management, calendar systems and messaging services enabling seamless appointment management and lead importation. International phone numbers are provided within the platform or through session initiation protocol connections for existing numbers.
