Clarity Connect extends Skype for Business (formerly known as Lync) for use as a contact center, intelligently routing and managing incoming communications for customer service.

Clarity Connect is native to Skype for Business, with no desktop presence other than the Skype for Business application, so easy to train new agents on this familiar interface. Being native also means Clarity Connect is easy to install and maintain.

Businesses can reduce significant costs by retiring telephony infrastructure and moving their contact center to the Skype for Business platform. Clarity Connect is a full-featured contact center, and supports WFO, reporting, and a number of modalities, including calls, IMs, emails, web chats, and Facebook Messenger.
