It includes advanced features like voice network modes for best call quality, secure texting, auto-attendant, call flows and more. iPlum is available in 22 languages worldwide.

iPlum is a VoIP application designed to help businesses implement interactive voice response (IVR)-based automatic call attendants and manage calls and messages using the internet or phone’s network. The platform includes enables organizations to configure business hours to receive calls and messages and automatically redirect the customer queries received during non-business hours to voicemail.

iPlum allows enterprises to record and store calls and text messages in an encrypted repository for future reference. It offers a host of features such as voicemail transcription, email alerts, do not disturb, multimedia messaging, multilingual interface, caller ID, extensions management, and more. Its centralized dashboard lets administrators add, delete, and edit new users, create custom profiles, and manage role-based permissions to ensure authorized access to customers' and other data.

iPlum allows businesses to port existing numbers, handle fax communication, block spam numbers, and set up secure texting channels to ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH standards. It also facilitates integration with numerous third-party applications through REST APIs.
