The interface is extremely user friendly, the team is ultra reactive and they have been proactive to help us increase our productivity. It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend MyFeelBack.

Pros
Easy to use and analyze data very deeply. Implementation and deployment of a smart survey in less than 1 hour without any need for assistance.

Cons
Not being able yet to rank certain results in order of weight.
