Pros and cons
The app is very friendly and easy to use, the stats are very useful, is good idea to integrated with Facebook messenger and Sirena could work as omnichannel very soon.
The simple fact of having contact with the client immediately and easily is what I like the most. Integration with our Facebook is super easy and my clients are delighted.
