What is ZapSign?
ZapSign is an electronic signature collection platform that makes it possible to customize documents with a company's colors and logo and send the contracts via multiple communication channels, including email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and text messages. With integration available for Google Drive, CRMs, and other software systems, ZapSign enables the creation of reusable forms and document templates with legal validity. During the development of the contracts to be signed, the platform permits the inclusion of additional security layers through the requirement of a selfie, photo ID, and even facial recognition of the signatory. With ZapSign, it is also possible to maintain a contact schedule, quickly add these contacts as signatories, and define the position for the signatures on each page of the document. Furthermore, the solution tracks the signature status and allows the addition of new signatories on documents that have already been sent.
