I love everything about playground. You can upload photos, videos, reports, changes and even eating. I love how parents can pay on the app app as well as sign in and out. I have everyone do their paperwork electronically as well on the app which saves SO much time.
I can’t think of anything at the moment.

I love it. We just built a new building and equipped it with the KISI locks. These have been amazing. We use it for billing, parent communication, newsletters, menus, etc. I am so glad to have found this system.
PG has really helped me to organize my center. I love the communication with parents, the ability to do newsletters, and mostly the lock integration.
I do wish it was easier to see student/staff scheduling in the app. As is, I do not use PG for staff scheduling for this reason. I need my staff to be able to see everyone's schedule, so it just doesn't make sense for me yet. The lock system is great, the only thing I would change is the fact that if staff uses their pin to enter/exit the building, it clocks them in/out each time. This did not work for us, so I created a "fake" staff member so we could all use the same pin. The only downside is that I have to change that every time a staff member leaves. It would be much easier just to have each staff use their own PIN and disable that when they no longer work here.

Still new to us so I will give it more time, but so far it has been very frustrating
The ease of clocking students in and out
Getting set up. The invitations were very difficult to send to parents.

I am excited about playground because I find myslef actually using it. I am hoping to give the document aspect a try again and possible finding a middle ground for adding the bookkeeping part of our childcare. I would love to be able to add my own bank and it be a tab where I can organize my expenses. Playground is so close to being a one stop shop.
All in one software. It is extremely customizable. Customer service is prompt. When you book with [sensitive content hidden] she knows the software really well and she know exactly what you are talking about even if you do not know what you are asking.
I do think there is a learning curve. It is vastly different than anything i have ever used. I am positive one time a document was deleted that a parent filled out so I am concerned about using the document part as I do not want to bug parents to refill out the long forms. I wish there was an option to only send documents to only one student instead of it having to send to everyone. I have also been told wrong information from the chat box. I had to book a session with [sensitive content hidden] and she was able to show me exactly what do to. I am grateful for her.

How "one stop shop" the app is for child care management and communication with parents. The ability to add multiple photos in one area for families to view and be able to caption are awesome. Also love how responsive the team is to questions, fixes, and updates.
Honestly, no major complaints. I looked at Brightwheel, have used ProCare and Playground beats them both. The functionality of the app and desktop site are terrific. I have a few personal quirks to work through but when I ask about it to the team, they either help with a solution or have suggestions page (that they USE!) to add future updates on!
