OMNIA orchestrates personalized, multi channel user journeys that engage customers through appropriate channels at each lifecycle stage. SARA creates personalized advertising campaigns to re engage website visitors. Quest also provides a four step framework for building custom AI agents. Users can customize agent avatars, define core instructions and goals, select automation abilities from available integrations, and deploy agents with real time feedback refinement. It includes a campaign builder for strategy creation, an audience hub for centralizing customer data, AI segmentation capabilities, AI variant generation, and UI SDKs to simplify interface development. Data management features encompass data unification from multiple sources, analytics visualization tools, and connectivity options for personalized journey creation.

Quest integrates with enterprise data warehouses and business software through multiple connection types. Source integrations include Snowflake for data warehousing, Databricks for analytics processing, MongoDB for database storage, and Google Sheets for spreadsheet synchronization. Destination integrations enable data export to Salesforce CRM, Iterable for campaign orchestration, Amplitude for product analytics, and Google BigQuery for data warehousing and analysis. Email service integrations support AWS Simple Email Service, Mailmodo, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp for executing email campaigns. The platform also connects with customer data platforms such as Segment, marketing automation tools including Braze and HubSpot, and advertising platforms to activate existing data infrastructure.
