WONDERFUL. Now I only want to improve my experience and provide more and more services to my students, using AI.
Really (I mean REALLY) easy to install and deploy. I'm not tech-literate at all, and I could setup my personal AI assistant in minutes.
The language model still seems to catch knowledge from somewhere else than the documents I provide as knowledge base. No matter how strict they are, and how much I try to limit the model (via prompt) to only refer to the provided documents.

I have successfully used the platform for blog and whitepaper templates.
Cost effective solution that is easy to use and provides helpful (yet not comprehensive) responses.
Limited responses when asking to identify lists.

Again, When I first downloaded My AskAI I remember exploring it at a stoplight. Each time I hit a stoplight I would ask another question. I had an entire business plan in three stops, written with the voice that mirrored mine, with formulas, and a list of the applicable agencies I could send a proposal to. I knew exactly how good it was, because I had already done this the old fashion way, and it took me weeks. My AskAI did the same exact thing, except slightly better, and in minutes.

I am not sure, I think the interface is pretty perfect, I think the answers are exceptional, if anything, the price is the deterrent

Very impressed. They have built software that does what I was going to build.
The ease of uploading my content and interacting with my data so fast.
It take some time getting use to what to click, where to go and how to do some things. I basically clicked on everything and watched the YouTube videos. I'm good to go now. User interface could be more intuitive, but that will come with time and the product works. User just needs to click around and explore to understand.

The simplicity of use and the warm support of My AskAI, which has incorporated many of my wishes and ideas directly into the product development.
I really can't think of anything to write here that would detract from the genius of the product. It's super easy to set up without having to know any programming and so anyone can set it up and use it or make it available to their customers.

It was easy to setup and use. I was able to dive right in.
It wasn't necessarily as "smart" as I needed it to be. I wanted to build a chatbot for my own research and the answers it provided were very basic and not super helpful. I was researching a complicated subject though so I am thinking this is perfect for websites and consumer/customer questions.

Great product, easy to use and solved our needs in a way that required minimal internal support to begin using.
Super easy to set up. My team was able to begin using the tool immediately within 5 minutes of setting up to help manage our customer support channels. It was also a less expensive solution than many other tools out there which was a huge help. We also were able to customize the branding and settings to meet our use case.
No major cons just that certain features are unavailable unless you move to a higher pricing tier. I also think that it would be better if more of the bots could be connected to dynamic data sources but those are enhancements that should come with time.

Great so far.
The customisation is so important to me in the role we're giving it. It's also very important to me that it logs all conversations, allowing us to check for any issues or inappropriate usage.
I'd like to be able to go further along the road with the customised background prompt, to be honest I'm not sure how that would even work though!

This is obviously an innovative feature and it's exciting. The software is very straightforward and easy to use.
Nothing yet...the real test will be making sure we load in enough content to get the AI to respond appropriately to user questions.

I didn't end up able to integrate it with any of my business functions but still found useful and cool to use
The most appealing feature to me was the ability to upload your own data for it to learn. The search feature is getting better and is pretty useful.
The uploading of my own data for my search didn't work...ever. The search function, while it's useful, is also confusing.

Chat integration in Bubble was really ease and first impression with potential end user was surprisingly good.
Lack of the option to improve answers over time with negative feedback of bad answers or a way to rewrite some bad answers to improve answers for a similar question in the future.

If they would solve the long answer thing it would be great
I really like the way myaskai lets you put new sources and work with them
I dont like that the answers are really short, even when you ask for longer answers. If I need a 500 word answer myaskai doesnt really let you do it.

The most important feature of MyAskAI for me is that I can use it together with Zapier. This is good because no-code development is also possible with it.
I think it is a risk that MyAskAI depends on ChatGPT.

My AskAI is going to help solve the perennial problem of getting quick but accurate answers to the end user. Infobases are great, but people get lost in looking for answers. Harnessing AI to build answers using trusted data is going to be a huge growth area.
The concept is brilliant - harness the power of AI, but limit it to the trusted info that you provide. This is the future of AI, and I'm looking for this concept to expand.
The price gap between the Hobby and Pro. Hobby is too small, and Pro is too much. I'd like to see a mid-range product.
