Our users were already familiar with using Canva for creating brochures and flyers to send home with parents so it was a natural fit for them to use Canva and create a shared link to be used by Yodeck. Other products required the use of their studio

We have begun transitioning from Photoshop still images to Canva from our menu boards for the simplicity of updating them. I gave it three stars because we were using Firesticks for a bit and the image quality and resolution was very poor.

Canva gives users access to a huge library of templates, graphics, fonts, and design tools. When it’s integrated with Yodeck, you can create eye‑catching digital signage without needing advanced design skills.

Our PR team prefer to do all their designing in Canva. The Canva integration makes it easy to import media. Also it can import other types of media like Powerpoints and PDFs.

Canva integration enhances Yodeck's usability by simplifying content creation and empowering us to create visually engaging digital signage displays.

I was already creating images for website etc. so the graphics were saved and uploadable, on the fly...did not need the integration.

Right now, the Canva Integration isn't a vital importance, but it's being experimented with and evaluated for future integrations.

We use Canva as a means to create our slide material and it works seamlessly with Yodeck which makes things easy to update.

This integration is so excellent. Any changes I make to my Canva design are automatically updated on the signage screen.

The canva widget is so easy to use and means we can update just in canva and have the changes rolled out automatically.

I connected my Canva account so that I can easily push content to Yodeck without having to download and upload.

We create a lot of content with Canva and would love to be able to display all slideshows on our displays

I found it easier to download whatever I needed from Canva and then upload it separately to Yodeck.

I use Canva for just about everything. It is huge that it is natively supported in Yodeck!

Canva is the obvious graphics package to use - especially for charities/not for profits.

Found it to be worthwhile to collaborate with volunteers to create and manage graphics.

I use Canva to create most graphics presented through Yodeck. Yodeck + Canva = Winning.

We usually export animated posters from Canva and upload then to Yodeck directly.

I make all of our content in Canva so doing the quick export has saved me time.

We needed a way to show currently scheduled activities. While Yodeck doesn't offer a way to directly connect a google calendar, they do provide a iCal upload. The calendar options are not as customizable as I might want, but it gets the job done.

Using the Google Calendar app to display a calendar so my family can stay organzied with all of our business and personal schedules.

Incredibly easy to make and change schedule. It updates right away, so everything is virtually real-time.

Google calendar helped us to integrate guest bookings and display the guests name on the TV screen.

wasn't east to add events or get the ICS file to load on public screen, support team did not reply

This just makes it super easy to get important event data dynamically updating on our displays.

I can share my office calendar of events and it automatically updates without user intervention

Not been able to get live 'feed' to work so just use pdf of latest calendar which works fine

The integration of Power BI with Yodeck has been great. This allows for much better options and versatility around KPI and overall data reporting.

Thanks by Power BI integration we could show Power BI dashboards with live data about important topics for company clients and employees.

We use PBI for all of our metrics dashboards, and being able to display real-time metrics was important.

It works but I really wish I could refresh more often and it didn’t take as long to download the data

Our changing front sign is powered by Google Slides, unfortunately we had to purchase a player to test out the functionality of the app integration, but it's not a deal breaker as Yodeck's pricing is very competitive.

It's easy for us to create a slideshow of announcement graphics or images without having to give each person access to the back-end of YoDeck. Also provides a quick slide editor.

This is the easiest way to have other employees update content on the screens by just adding new slides to the Google Slides shared with them.

The integration with Microsoft SharePoint is important because it's how we centralize and distribute key company updates. We use SharePoint to post internal news, announcements, and resources.

The has been an experiment for use to be able to update out task list daily. Any issues we have had are directly with SharePoint and not Yodeck.

Integrated Microsoft account support have simplified Yodeck account creation and management. Outlook Calendar widget support is a welcome feature, although the widget could use additional configuration options and improvements to it's onscreen layout

We use the caladners from outlook to show a board room schedule, we need caching for this to change screens in between with important information.
