The relationship with Arcoro has been outstanding.  Everyone from sales through Customer Service has been FANTASTIC. They have always been courteous and prompt whenever we have questions.  I am one happy user!

Arcoro - Moving from paper to electronic has never been easier.

Great overall system.  Meets all of the Government contracting requirements.  BirdDog actually pushes out updates to ensure we are compliant.  Great people, great product.  
Customizable system is great, and allows us to use their system in different ways than initially intended.

Very little.  I don't like the software at all.  It is too difficult and time consuming to manage.

Great, Until Price Tripled

Good service 

The system was okay for the original dollar amount that we were charged. After a year, they raised the rate to 4 times what we were originally paying. They shut off the cloud and wouldn't allow us to gain access to our timecards to close out the system. So if you're with them, you might want to back up information daily. Ours ended on a Friday night after hours, and the following week when we went to gather information, it was gone. 

 With other programs out on the market, I went with a different company. The new company is half the cost with an extremely user-friendly platform. My service technicians love it and really appreciate how the new system saves them so much time daily inputting information.

Not too bad; decided to move on because there was no price match per different company. 

Too Expensive

The customer service and support just makes this company downright terrible. If you could get help in a timely manner it would be decent. However, we have had the same issues occur time and time again and it still takes weeks to get a resolution. 

Okay product but horrible customer service. 

Look at other options.  There are so many out there, many that are more integrated with an HRMS and that have responsive customer service.  Consider your candidate experience as well and you'll find a better solution.

We use this software for my husbands small business. Overall, it's good value for the price, but definitely needs improvements. It has all needed for us functions: creating locations, clocking in and out, GPS.

We have had a horrible time with Arcoro from the beginning. We were sold a service that was not available for us and forced to purchase more features. 
Onboarding went well but since then Customer service has been horrible. You have to email at least 2 times to get a response and they rarely have the answers you are looking for. 

I have used multiple ATS and HRIS systems and have never experienced a product or support team like this.

Makes weekly payroll easy

Exaktime allows employees at different sites to clock in and out, which allows us to track cost codes connected to each of our jobs, thus saving us time on the accounting dept.

We’ve used this system for 2 1/2 years we’ve had price increases ever year
In 2020 we paid $2,300 yearly 30 employees 
In 2021 we paid $5,040 yearly 35 employees 
In 2022 they’re charging $6,048 for the year 35 employees (same amount) 
Customer service at ExakTime (Arcoro) is terrible. 
We have payroll today  and been trying to reach someone for 4 hrs with there automated answering system and email. No returned phone calls or responses. 
Do not recommend ExakTime for payroll it’s not worth the money and they leave you hanging with customer service. 


Price increases and customer service 

ExakTime is a fair value for the money.

I have had the mobile time app for about 2 years now and absolutely love it. Have tried at least 3 other time keeping apps, some are free and some have very minimal cost and those do not compare to ExakTime. I can always get help, its easy to understand and easy for my guys to use. Don't remember how I lived without it!

The final straw for us was that it took us a 5 weeks to figure all this out, missing the money back window by a week. Even after explaining our position, we were still denied even a partial refund.
