BizRun is a cloud-based human resources (HR) solution for small to medium sized businesses which offers tools for managing leave and time off, payroll, time tracking, compensation, documents, and more. It allows businesses to keep a complete directory of employees for easy management, and the self service portal allows employees to make their own leave requests, update timesheets, view team calendars, and more.
With BizRun, managers can review and approve time off requests, onboard new employees, track employee time, process payroll, access employee records, and more. The calendar tool provides both employers and employees with an overview of all time off and absences, and schedule conflicts can be identified when they occur. Users can set up custom routing and approval workflows for actions such as time off requests, comments, compensation changes, changes to the organizational chart, and more, and real time notifications alert users when actions are approved or denied. BizRun can be accessed on any mobile phone, desktop, or tablet device, for HR management from anywhere.
