I like that I am able to import employees' time into my payroll software. I also like the ability to see when an employee changes their timesheet.

I wish the muliple timesheet feature worked better. I also wish I could look at timesheets one week at a time and get the totals.

I love that it is integrated with our accounting system and all we have to do is import the timesheets for immediate payroll processing. I love the archiving and document features. There's so much more.

I like least that it does not count the number of timesheets (employees) that will be imported. I need a count to ensure I have them ready for import!!!! It would also be good if it gave a total number of hours to be imported.

Easy to use. Site is always up. Simple. Reliable.

Very quirky depending on web browser. Rows never line up which for tracking time is maddening. Very inflexible graphical user interface so reviewing timecards is a lot more time consuming than it needs to be. Anytime we've asked for an update/improvement, however minor, it has not happened.

The software is relatively easy to use. The Technical Support staff is amazing!!!

it doesn't accurately track PTO/Vacation as it should. we therefore had to stop using it to track our PTO/Vacation

The ease of use in entering labor hours.

Project Coding can be a little complicated having to record in two of the modules, but once you figure it out it is easy.

I really like the integrations, able to integrate with other work apps for effective use. It is a simple plug-and-play solution to set up meetings and schedule the working hours.

It allows us to track our employees time in and out, along with PTO and Holiday. Also run reports on the data. It’s easy for employees that work at multiple locations

Basically easy to use and the support is good with GHG who we use.

The most helpful feature was setting up specific coeds for employees so time was charged correctly

Easy for staff to use. Does the job of collecting time staff enters and provides neat, detailed timesheets of all time including changes and approvals.

I don't like it that leave approved on or after the actual date is not populated to the timesheets once it is approved.

Our best practice on leave has been to wait until the employee actually takes the leave, especially for future date leave approved. If the employee decided not to take the leave physically we ensure the employees leave balance remains accurate and correct. Reducing on approve my provide a balance that may not be accurate at the time of approval compared to the time of the physical leave taken. Clockwise is very forgiving. You can fix so many things with some effort. Customer Support is very good with knowledgeable staff on the other end. We have experienced VERY little downtime which is excellent.

Timesheet approval status is lacking for us. Timesheet notes not visible to the end user would be very helpful but is not available. We manage many client:projects within the system with varying timesheet approval requirements which CW cannot manage so we have to extract data and manipulate in excel each week to manage our approval statuses each week.

I love Clockwise most for the way that it can select the best timeslot for scheduling a flexible meeting. This has saved me HOURS of back-and-forth with planning group sessions. I also diligently review the weekly recaps that they provide, it contains quite a bit of useful information in understanding where your time went.

There is not much that I dislike about Clockwise. I have heard from colleagues that they get frustrated from some of the smart features like automatically scheduled lunches and focus time but those are easily customized in the Clockwise settings so these complaints are simply due to user error.

The feature I like the most is the ease of the software and the ability to navigate easily between pages, tabs and fields.

When you have to edit in the time keeping fields and need to type in the comment the reason why, the process would work it would work better/quicker if you could type the reason for the edit in just one field for multiple days and not type in the same information for each individual day for that week.

I like that I can check my hours each day.

I feel like the overall set up is not the most user friendly. The home page could be more descriptive.

Our team of employees are located in multiple locations in different states. The web based system allows our team members to log on and input their time and attendance. Android tablets are used by our employees and desktop computers are used by our administrative staff to complete the weekly timecard operations. The process is seamless and very efficient. We will be rolling out the new Clockwise app to our employees in August 2019. We anticipate the app will allow be even more efficient.

There is a small learning curve that our team experienced. It's important to spend time training your administrative staff on the software first followed by the employees. We developed a train the trainer approach with the administrative staff. The trainers then train the employees and assist with getting through the learning curve.

We have been using this software since 2009, and have zero complaints. The best feature of this software is the compatibility with QuickBooks. I have never had any issues with downloading the time sheets. It makes my job so much easier. The staff at Clockwise area all very helpful and always available.

I just have one little thing that I wish could be added or changed in the software. It would be great if the Leave Report could be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet.

DCAA compliant, easy to use for employees, easy for admins to set up and modify charge codes.

No mobile app yet. Mobile app would permit those employees who work at sites without internet access to easily complete timesheets as soon as they walk out the door.
