Harver overview

Harver, is a cloud-based pre-employment talent assessment platform that assists businesses of any size or type with recruiting. The software leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) features built around a proprietary algorithm that self-learns to optimize its effectiveness in identifying the candidates of best fit. Employers can first use the system to input their own organizational preferences, customizing the application experience to match corporate branding and identity, before building predictive assessments and gamified skill games. By collecting information pertaining to factors such as cultural fit, personality, situational judgements, cognitive ability and even proficiency within 42 possible languages, Harver's algorithm then calculates a score percentage to highlight the best matches.

Promising to giving hopeful candidates an engaging route through the application process, Harver not only provides tools for conveying a recruiters own corporate culture but also features such as video interviewing. Its "VideoPitch" facility can on one hand be used to better project a brand or working opportunity, but also invites applicants to record video pitches and interview responses to ease the dependence on one-to-one sessions in person, saving time. All these features, along with built-in reporting and analytics capabilities for visualizing actionable recruitment process insights, are accessible through a user's recruiter dashboard. Harver claims to be capable of integration with a variety of leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or any existing recruitment solutions already being deployed, such as TalentSoft, iCIMS, Taleo and others.

Excellent pre-selection platform for high volume recruitment

In the current labour market, candidates turn out to be more selective in their job search. Instead of blindly accepting any offer, candidates would like to consider all elements of a job before deciding. Harver allows to give the candidates a realistic preview of a job in the early stages of a selection process. Through the online experience, candidates will learn more about the position and the company culture, and in parallel will be completing their assessments. In return, employers will receive assessment data from various tests about the candidates which allows them to make the right hiring decision. Also, in my experience the candidates that make it to the next round are far more motivated and prepared for the actual interview. - highly innovative and interactive software from candidate and employer perspective - software that will allow a job preview to set the expectations - the platform comes with a large portfolio of selection tools (assessments) - the tool is very useful for a large amount of applicants, e.g. graduates

Saves time and cost selecting the right candidates. It provides us with more accurate data on the candidates to make better decisions, resulting in stronger teams.It allows us to optimize our teams in a structured, efficient way. We're provided with accurate data about the person and his character instead of just a resumé to select candidates. It's a great way to automate the CV selection process, while reducing time spent. We were also very happy by their strong onboarding process. Within a few weeks we had professionally produced movies explaining our work environment.

Quality of my hires is much better. Hiring managers and the executive team are impressed by the quality and the speed at which I bring in talents for interviews. Of course I had to put in the work but Harver was the biggest help there. Impressed by the product overall and how it filters through hundreds of candidates and tells me which ones to bring in for interviews and even recommend what areas to focus on during the interview.

I started using Harver a couple of months ago. I notice that candidates already know what our company + the jobs are all about. The data profiles are extensive but for a quick candidate scan, the matching score is sufficient as well. Overall, really happy with the platform.
