Many people do not respond and the job ads get many replied but never get appropriate replies.
LinkedIn Recruiter is very effective for finding people and contacting them. Its a great way to understand the people in a company and who to contact for various reasons. LinkedIn was very easy to set up and also integrated well with other software. The mobile app has greatly improved as well.
I think that they should offer more Inmails as a reasonable rate. Each seat gets 100 inmails per month shared across the whole team, but we would like to easily increase this or even purchase more that if necessary.

It's my #1 resourcing tool, I used to to build both personal branding as well as meaningful connections from the perspective of candidates, clients and others industry wide. It's just fantastic.
It's both building a social presence and connection with candidates whilst also covering off business objectives and hiring. For me this is THE essential tool to have as a recruiter.
Additional Services are very expensive.

My overall impression of LinkedIn Recruiter is positive. If you want to connect with elite talent, this recruiting software is unquestionably essential.
This software has a lot of features that I appreciate! Using the "projects" option, I can quickly organize applicant profiles.
Groups are a little difficult to manage in my opinion.

Overall LinkedIn Recruiter has been a vital part of my recruitment and account executive career. It's an easy way to find and connect with talent and prospects in North America and abroad. As much as the loading annoys me I wouldn't be able to do my job without it.
I like LinkedIn Recruiter because it utilizes a social business platform with a world of connections and allows more insight and ways to search. My favourite features are saving candidates to different projects, having templates for reaching out messages that you can tailor as you go, filtering for searches, and the ability to keep track of any overlap with colleagues reaching out.
LinkedIn Recruiter can be slow to update with messages and often the system is down. At least once a week LinkedIn Recruiter will stop loading and say there is some sort of error, and to try again later. This wouldn't bother me if it didn't happen so often, and sometimes I really need to see what my candidate sent me in a timely manner, but I can't if I have to wait out a system update on LinkedIn's side.

This seems to be the best tool for hiring purposes and allows the HR of the company to concentrate on selecting the candidates and rest of the work is been done by LinkedIn Recruiter. It is very less cumbersome software and very user friendly to use as well.
There is not support for the LinkedIn recruiter software and also there is no billing invoice generated on the portal.

Overall, my experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is great! This is definitely a must-have recruiting software if you want to reach out to top talents!
There are a lot of things I like about this software! I can easily organize candidate profiles using the "projects" feature. I can also share those projects with my team! Messaging using the software is also fast and easy because you can create and save templates.
There are times when the location feature is not accurate. As a user/recruiter, I would be pleased if they could improve that aspect. Adding "location range" would be more helpful so that recruiters will no longer input the cities manually.

I created my account more than 1 year ago, since then I've had great satisfaction using the platform, it's like a social network, but with new job opportunities. The platform is fed daily with information and new vacancies, making it a very high possibility of success in the search for a new job.
I had a good experience using the platform, I was able to successfully register my resume, I am satisfied using the platform, it helps me a lot when looking for a new job and to find out about news from my favorite companies.
Depending on the vacancies, some information is restricted. But other than that the app is perfect.

Great tool when searching for specific roles. Other roles where there is a bit of looking "in the grey" it is hard to distinguish good from great.
It is great to be able to search networks of candidates based on specific skills and obtain insights about employment trends.
The tool is only as good as the engagement from the user and the accuracy of the data.

I use the tool to search for partnership profiles and every time I needed help in hiring service providers, I got access to information that helped with my doubts.
Efficient and complete search resources facilitate the search according to the desired profile, making the tool agile and easy to use.
It would be interesting to have promotional prices for the most demanding accesses.

LinkedIn Recruiter is my go-to product for sourcing and candidate outreach. The main value is the database of candidates in the system. The software is easy enough to figure out how to set up projects and source.
LinkedIn sometimes makes product updates that completely change how you use the system. That's always frustrating. It's expensive. I wish there was not such a big gap in price and functionality between Recruiter and Recruiter Lite. I also wish LinkedIn was more open with other softwares building APIs. LinkedIn is very protective of its data, and that makes building tools on top of LinkedIn difficult.

My team and I use LI Recruiter every day- and some days it feels like we'd be lost without it. It makes it easy to do both broad and highly detailed candidate searches, and stay organized with different job orders and messaging.

Being able to contact candidates from all over in any field. I also like the ability to do a Boolean search.
The number of contacts you get was low during the trial. After the trial you aren’t able to contact the candidates that responded.

The overall experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is great. It help me close many job requirements. The number of candidates with whom I get connect are very polite and clear on the point if they are actively looking or not which help me save my time. The best part is it help us to identify the candidate with exact qualifications and experience. I would like to suggest every recruiter to use this tool. It will really help you save your time and cover many job requirements.
It is allow us to reach out to active or passive candidates and help us up to date and hire the best talent quickly. It help us to reach out to the right candidates who are actively looking for the new opportunities and available in job market. It help me established a good number of connection which help me to fill the high level of requirements.
There is not a thing I do not like about this tool. But if I find out anything in future and need improvement. I will share it with LinkedIn team

I really like LinkedIn Recruiter, and it has definitely helped me expand my network of talented candidates.
It is very easy to search for the type of candidate you need. You can filter by location, industry, keywords, and so much more. There are even advanced features, such as the "open to work" option or profiles that have public resumes. It is also so easy to tell people's activity on linkedin. For example, how many jobs they have applied to, if someone in your account has also contacted them, any many other little insights into candidates.
I don't like that location and zip code bring up different results. If I put in Boston as a location, I feel like I should get the same results as a Boston Zip Code. Instead, I get an entire new list of candidates. This is frustrating, since they are the same, but I feel like I need to do 2 searches every time.

If you are able to invest the money for and time to use the full Recruiter license, it does enable you to connect with passive candidates that you would otherwise not be likely to reach. The analytics are also good.
You need to purchase a full Recruiter license in order to contact passive candidates outside of your 3rd degree connections and the high cost of that license may make it prohibitive for many organizations. The Recruiter Lite option only enables contacting candidates who are at least a 3rd degree connection, which the recruiter is unlikely to have in many cases. With either Recruiter option, the recruiter must be able and willing to invest considerable time searching for candidates.
