Pros
Firstly the human side is amazing. Their sales and account management team is caring, problem-solving, friendly, and comfortable speaking multiple languages.
We really like the te tool - it's new, easy to use, the teams that helps us with the development and implmenting is awesome.
Informative, dynamic dashboards, good filters, customization opportunities, fast and helpful customer care.
Cons
Limited options for customizing survey questions.
You have to read spontaneous comments one by one, which provides deeper understanding. But I miss the option of categorizing similar ones.
The Portuguese translations are still not totally OK and some aspects are still in English.
