Analytics: real-time dashboards, session ratings, and cohort-level analytics track participation, engagement, mentee progress, and outcomes. AI skill gap analysis compares the skills in your mentor base with the skills mentees want to build.
Integrations and security: 33+ HRIS integrations including Workday, Rippling, HiBob, and Gusto, plus SSO and SAML. Fully white-labeled portal with custom domain. Cloud-hosted, available in English and French. SOC 2 Type 2 in progress.
