Performance Pro Features In Depth

Competency Evaluations

Competency evaluations allow managers to measure and track their employees based on behaviorally-anchored rating scales. Depending on the platform view a manager selects, it is possible to see side-by-side comparisons of employee ratings, based on competencies.

Performance History

The past is not forgotten when HR departments utilize Performance Pro. The application includes historical appraisals from employees’ applications. This means that past appraisals can be reviewed at any point, and comparisons can quickly be made to determine whether an employee’s efforts have improved over time.

Content Customization

Performance Pro is completely customizable. Admins are able to customize appraisal templates to ensure the factors being evaluated are those that directly impact employees based on their job titles or positions within the company. Among the customizable aspects of the Performance Pro platform are ratings scales and review forms. More than 500 goals can be customized and cascaded throughout an organization.

Employment Action Forms

HR managers using Performance Pro are able to generate employment action forms. Using the form builder feature, authorized administrators can create forms for electronic use—including tracking, routine, e-signatures, and online storage—all from within the cloud-based application.

Multiple Appraiser Module

Administrators using Performance Pro can assign up to 20 managers, peers, subordinate, and other company staffers to provide independent feedback and ratings of employees. The results of these feedback evaluations are weighted and merged into a HR professionals’ independent assessment, which is used to create comprehensive employee appraisals.

Pros

This software has workflow capability that can be used during the performance review process.

Cons

There are standard reports but they are not customizable and the software doesn't have the capability to adhoc reports.

Pros

It is a powerful software, easy to use that allows you to evaluate the performance of the professionals based on the company's goal, offering simple and effective practices to the employees from an automated system, it also provides activity dashboards, customizable templates according to the requirements of the company and automated email reminders

Cons

It is a little bit slow to load, but I think is still a good alternative, If theres is an issue, you just have to contact customer service and they will assist you

Performance Pro is a complex system but the placement of items is not very intuitive.

With the software, human resource managers get the basis for yearly bonuses as the simply generate performance reports from the software and reward employees based on their performance.

Pros

Employees are able to appraise themselves independently during annual performance evaluations, this saves time and eliminates paper work .

Performance Pro has added a whole new level of professionalism to our employee appraisal process.

As a company, we struggled a bit with finding a performance tracking system that worked well with our culture, size and values.

Pros

We use the program for our 60-day, 90-day and annual performance evaluations, and to house other employee documents such as our Employee Recognition Profiles.

Cons

The program does not notify HR staff when the evaluation is complete and signed by all of the required staff, so it is a manual process to track completed evaluations in order to process performance pay increases.

As you learn how to navigate you can jump between employees to review appraisals or move to employee dashboard and view your own appraisal.

The most interesting thing about this tool is that because it is customizable, it has the kindness to be able to align the company's objectives with the offered solutions.

Cons

Your load sometimes becomes too slow which consumes a lot of resources of the computer, it also takes a while to locate in the pages that are needed because you have to press many clicks
