Performance Pro is entirely customizable, making it simple to keep employee focus on a company’s strategic goals. The system can automate the entire process, from ongoing check-ins to standard appraisals. It comes complete with all the tools management needs to administer simple and effective evaluations.

Performance Pro comes with intuitive dashboards, customizable templates, writing assistance, and powerful reporting. Competencies are measured by behaviorally-anchored rating scales. Employee’s goals are easily cascaded with the rest of the organization, to better align with the established objectives. It comes with pre-built templates for specific job titles, all of which can be modified. Management also has access to a robust library of resources for best practices for evaluating employees.

Workflows are streamlined within Performance Pro. The multi-appraiser module lets up to twenty different appraisers submit evaluations on a single employee. Since everything is stored in the cloud, appraisals can be completed anywhere, at anytime. The electronic signature feature allows the process to be entirely paperless. Past appraisals are accessible, so they can be referenced later if needed.

Employees love rewards and performance bonuses. Managers need a tool to justify these. Performance Pro will help you come up with the workflow to set goals, monitor, and quickly access the progress and results via its powerful reporting tool. Thanks to Performance Pro most of our performance appraisals and review are have been streamlined (some modules, automated), and the reporting tool has delivered a comprehensive and consistent report (so far) for the past 2 fiscal years we're at it. The major seasons in the year we use this is during the start, mid, and end of fiscal year. Our employees didn't really find it difficult to adjust to this software (coming from an internally developed app we had before). Among the features they loved is the fact that it allows the employees and managers to add goals, notes, and ratings are easy to input. Our appraisals are done in a timely manner, mostly because the update of the records has been made mandatory, and easy using this software. Transparency is also key to a good reception from our employees. The review process is clearly documented and are made transparent and easy to follow just by accessing their records and accompanying documentation.

Performance Pro eliminates most of the headaches that come with any type of Performance Management process. The goals in implementing an effective Performance Management process should be to make it an effective and efficient process. Performance Pro has been able to do this for us by streamlining the Performance Management and Performance Review process by offering a web based solution and eliminating the need for paper documents to support reviews, performance improvement plans, coaching forms, etc. Everything is offered and housed in one system and is completely customizable. Most systems that offer customization really mean that the system provider will customize it for you for a fee. What I found is that this can get extremely costly, and then you are reliant on the system provider for the simplest change. Performance Pro allows me to customize most elements of the Performance Review process and forms for free, and the system is completely user-friendly. There are a number of factors to select from, goals can be customized for specific positions and reviewed and evaluated periodically with employees throughout the year. If you are trying to sell this cost to your CEO, break it down; your administrative expenses will be reduced, and you should see an immediate return in that your goals and factors align directly with business objectives.

Customer service combined with simplicity makes this program a winner for our company. We are able to customize the system so that it meets our needs well. Customer service is always knowledgeable, courteous and anxious to problem solve. The software itself is second to the customer service that comes with it. Best features: competency library and descriptions of what differing skill levels in a particular competency looks like. The elimination of paper reviews is wonderful - but most performance management software does. Again, the biggest plus is the no-wait customer service. Rarely do I ask a question that cannot be answered by eh first person who answers the phone.

This platform helped me perform my duties with effectiveness and with precise information.This platform helps ease the workload in the HR role, very user friendly, no hassle in understanding how the platform works. Competency Evaluations

Competency evaluations allow managers to measure and track their employees based on behaviorally-anchored rating scales. Depending on the platform view a manager selects, it is possible to see side-by-side comparisons of employee ratings, based on competencies.

The past is not forgotten when HR departments utilize Performance Pro. The application includes historical appraisals from employees’ applications. This means that past appraisals can be reviewed at any point, and comparisons can quickly be made to determine whether an employee’s efforts have improved over time.

Content Customization

Performance Pro is completely customizable. Admins are able to customize appraisal templates to ensure the factors being evaluated are those that directly impact employees based on their job titles or positions within the company. Among the customizable aspects of the Performance Pro platform are ratings scales and review forms. More than 500 goals can be customized and cascaded throughout an organization.

Employment Action Forms

HR managers using Performance Pro are able to generate employment action forms. Using the form builder feature, authorized administrators can create forms for electronic use—including tracking, routine, e-signatures, and online storage—all from within the cloud-based application.

Multiple Appraiser Module

Administrators using Performance Pro can assign up to 20 managers, peers, subordinate, and other company staffers to provide independent feedback and ratings of employees. The results of these feedback evaluations are weighted and merged into a HR professionals’ independent assessment, which is used to create comprehensive employee appraisals.


Performance Pro integrates with ADP, PlanSource, and BambooHR. These integrations are made possible through established data APIs. Additional data integrations can also be established with any vendor application used by a participating Performance Pro client.


Performance Pro offers a pricing guarantee, which means the company will beat any quote from another performance management vendor by 10%. Performance Pro is priced on a per employee license basis, using a tiered schedule. An annual license is required for every employee whose data is stored within a company’s Performance Pro account. The larger the client, the lower the Performance Pro licensing fee.

The first-year license cost includes full implementation, unlimited updates and upgrades, unlimited product support, and all features, except the Multiple Appraiser module. The first-year license cost drops by approximately 63% in subsequent years for renewal. The only additional costs clients can expect to incur are for the Multiple Appraiser module, which costs $16 per license in the first year and $6 per license in renewal years, along with any training, which is optional.
