The first-year license cost includes full implementation, unlimited updates and upgrades, unlimited product support, and all features, except the Multiple Appraiser module. The first-year license cost drops by approximately 63% in subsequent years for renewal. The only additional costs clients can expect to incur are for the Multiple Appraiser module, which costs $16 per license in the first year and $6 per license in renewal years, along with any training, which is optional.
