What is SWARMHR?

SWARMHR (Software for Workforce Automation and Resource Management) is a cloud-based accounting, CRM (customer relationship management) and ATS (applicant tracking system) platform for automating routine HR processes with integrated workflows. It also offers tools for employee management including onboarding, managing, offboarding, and compliance.

SWARMHR's ATS module provides a digital applicant system for managing job applications and reference submissions with secure document access and storage. With the e-onboarding and e-signatures tools, applicants can complete and sign various documents and contracts online, as well as carry out onboarding procedures. In the ATS module, managers can view new position requirements, documents submitted by applicants, and application statuses, and assess all candidates for suitability for the role.

The SWARMHR payroll module helps identify labor condition application (LCA) wage gaps, enabling companies to remain compliant with wage legislation. Employees can make expense claims and leave requests, as well as clock-in and out using geolocation on their mobile devices, or scanning an ID barcode using integrated hardware. Managers can view use SWARMHR to review employee requests and access reports on metrics such as hourly time tracking by employee, and status of employees.

With SWARMHR, access can be granted to different departments such as HR, finance, management, and employees with varying permissions based on access needs. Additionally, suppliers and vendors associated with a business can be stored in SWARMHR for completing invoices, viewing payment status, contracts and service agreements, and enabling direct communication.

The overall experience with SWARM HR has been extremely positive and it has helped scale our business significantly.

Pros
SWARM HR is an all around tool that allows companies organize their HR capabilities along with their consulting time sheets, and employee reviews. There is also an automated e-signature capability that enables the user to e-sign and auto send to their clients with ease. There are so many tools within the SWARM HR portal and is extremely robust. This tool has it all!

Pros
I like the Case Management feature in this where a case can be created for a particular instance let’s say immigration for an employee and can be closed once the case has been completed.

Cons
The GUI can be more attractive and easy to navigate. Only logos or pictures are there and not the title.

My overall experience has been very positive. It help with our HR process a lot.

Pros
It is very useful because and a one team can collaborate with different teams in real time. The tools are useful.

Cons
Icons and logo are a little hard to understand sometimes. Titles will be better and a little easier to understand.
