Our company has used Training Today for several years and we are very happy with it. It is easy to use.
Large catalog of training modules that meet the needs of our agency.
Sometimes the modules will freeze but is easily fixed if you change search engines.

Overall, my experience with TrainingToday has been positive. They offer a wide variety of training topics and their courses are generally easy to follow. I appreciate that they offer both video and written content, as this allows me to learn in the way that best suits my needs. I have found their customer service to be responsive and helpful. The online courses are very user-friendly and the customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend Training Today to others.
The most appealing aspect of TrainingToday is the wide range of topics covered. Whether you're looking for information on customer service or manufacturing, you're likely to find a course that covers your needs. The courses are also conveniently divided into bite-sized modules, so you can easily complete them on your lunch break or during a slow day at work. The content was relevant and well organized. I also appreciated the ability to print out articles and handouts.
The least liked feature of TrainingToday would be the inability to easily access certain features or information without first completing a module. Additionally, some of the information included in the modules was not necessary for our particular needs.

Allows for independent employee training at their own rate and timeframe, with an easily trackable method to see how they are doing. Learning Paths allow setting up a series and schedule of classes based on the new employee's expected job functions, instead of needing to select each class on each date for each employee.
Excellent amount of knowledge in each, and the extra handouts provide useful data.
When performing the Content Library Filtering, it needs another Filter for 'completed courses'. This way someone using the software can look up courses they have not yet taken to get more knowledge. This filter also would allow people to look up courses they have taken, in increasing test percentage, so they know which classes to re-take to increase their score. Also, the language filter does not seem to work. When 'English' is selected, it still lists classes that are Spanish. It filters correctly for if you select 'Spanish' for the class, but not for 'English'.
