Users are able to create custom job postings and communicate with candidates via the online portal, as well as collaborate with all hiring decision makers by sharing candidate applications, internal feedback, and sending messages. BerniePortal also includes W-4s, W-9s, I-9s, customizable forms and agreements to speed up offers and finalize onboarding. Organizations can eliminate paperwork by onboarding employees online from any location, as well as track new hires and send reminders using the dashboard tool.
With BerniePortal, organizations can offer more benefits strategies and funding options to employees, as well as increase their understanding with informational tools such as videos, descriptions, links, and more, embedded directly into the benefits election process. Companies can also edit benefit settings, review pending coverages, view outstanding benefits enrollments, and more, and employees can enroll, manage and access their employee benefits at anytime.
PTO tracking tools allow users to streamline requests and approvals complete with notifications which are sent to the employer whenever an employee requests time off. BerniePortal also helps users to accurately track employee work hours with features for clock in & out, timesheets and attendance, as well as dashboard tools which provide users with insight into the overall performance across the organization.
