On approval, employees can redeem rewards through the Blueboard catalog. Including hundreds of hand-curated experiences, the Blueboard catalog allows employees to choose their own reward conveniently. Beside the experience catalog, employees have the opportunity to create their own adventure. Blueboard’s experienced Concierge team then organizes all of the logistics of the chosen activity.
