What is Medius?

Medius AP Automation is a cloud-based accounts payable solution designed to help small to large businesses automate accounts payable (AP) processes and manage vendor invoices and approval workflows. The solution includes an invoice matching engine, which enables managers to streamline the entire invoice processing lifecycle, including searching, investigating, and comparing invoice data. Deviation management functionality allows managers to define custom rules for acceptable purchase order deviations for operations, specific suppliers, and approvals.

Medius AP Automation comes with a scanning and data capture module, which allows teams to extract and archive information from multiple sources, including paper-based, PDF, eInvoices, XML files, and more. Features include general ledger entries, vendor management, reporting, approval process control, fraud detection, and cash management. The solution enables buyers to create purchase requisitions (PR) for indirect spending, facilitating compliance with purchasing policies and preferred supplier usage.

The digital procurement module lets users establish a pre-approval purchase model to help maintain purchase requisitions, orders, and goods receipts. Analytics tools provide insight into business operations, workflows, best practices, AP benchmarks, and more. Medius integrates with various third-party applications, including Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Infor M3, and Power BI.

merged to Word. For many clients I setup what I call a 3-D merge. Where it would first merge which documents, then merge contact information into the selected documents. A really great thing.
