Initially, some features were a little green. In the past year ot two, Spendflo has evovled into an incredibly useful and easy to use product.

Spendflo has truly revolutionized our procurement process! They don’t just handle transactions—they take a strategic, consultative approach that actively guides us toward the best tools and contract terms. Their expert insights have been instrumental in driving smarter investments and achieving significant cost efficiencies. Moreover, having all our SaaS tool data centralized has greatly improved our visibility into expenditures and usage patterns. This centralized system has streamlined our operations and made it easier to monitor and manage software licenses effectively.

While our overall experience with Spendflo has been highly positive, there’s room for improvement in their negotiation tactics. A more assertive approach in negotiations could potentially unlock even greater savings and benefits as we continue to scale. That said, we value Spendflo’s responsiveness to feedback and their commitment to continuously enhancing their service.

1. There are some integration issues with Zoho as the data doesn't reflect 100% accurate sometimes. 2. Would be great if it can show per user license cost too. 3. It should be able to segregate spend department-wise wherever a tool is shared among multiple departments

Spendflo has been exceptional in handling our procurement needs. They have effectively taken over the cumbersome task of managing SaaS purchases, allowing our team to focus on more strategic initiatives. Their proactive approach in negotiating contracts has also led to substantial cost savings for us. Additionally, the centralized content repository feature within Spendflo has streamlined our data management significantly. Now, all our SaaS tools data is consolidated in one accessible location, providing us with clear visibility into our overall spends.

There have been occasional instances where data updates on the platform were not promptly reflected causing minor delays in accessing real-time information.However, the Spendflo team has been responsive to our feedback and is actively working to improve this aspect of their service.
