What is PaperSurvey?
PaperSurvey is a cloud-based survey management solution designed to help organizations create, upload, and print survey forms. The platform includes a template library, which allows users to design web and paper-based surveys using customizable formatting and questions. The built-in printing system marks pages with unique identifiers that automate data scanning and recognition and prevent duplicate uploads.
PaperSurvey comes with a white-label solution, which enables managers to generate personalized surveys with custom logos, colors, templates, fonts, and brand themes. Features include handwriting recognition (HWR), a drag-and-drop interface, multilingual surveys, custom integrations, optical mark recognition (OMR), and more. The solution provides a mail merge functionality via Microsoft Word, which lets managers insert information and generate barcodes before printing. PaperSurvey’s artificial intelligence (AI)-based system extracts data from a variety of sources such as checkboxes, radio boxes, and handwritten text.
PaperSurvey provides businesses with insights via analytics, charts, word clouds, and tables. Plus, users can export data into Excel and CSV formats for further analysis. The platform integrates with various third-party applications such as Zapier and Dropbox.
