What is Peach Software?

Cloud Software Australian Owned and Supported for PC, MAC, Tablets and Smart Phones with integration to Xero, MYOB, Shopify etc, & a modern API for custom integrations.

Branches- Peach records individual and consolidated Stock, Sales, Purchases, Statistics and even Bin Locations for multiple branches. Reordering can use individual or Consolidated Statistics and reorder levels.

Set & forget Customer Special Prices by Product, Product Groups & Subgroups, even customer Groups. Run multiple price Promotions with start and finish dates, even Qty Pricing instructions per customer. Don’t anger customers with pricing mistakes.

An automated Reorder level Generator means you can select individual groups of products across suppliers with various Filters to defining fast or slow movers etc, enter lead times, coverage & sales history averaging period then press GO!. Your Reorder Levels are generated in minutes. Parts updated are tagged with the algorithm code, so should the stock increase or decrease from desired Qty, simply recall that algorithm, tweak it, and re-generate. Keep stock holdings optimised through their Growth to Maturity phase.

Build Kits Automatically during a sale or generate Job cards for your staff to prebuild them. You can also opt to deplete kits in stock, before auto building new Kits on the fly to satisfy a Sale. One click displays Components of a Kit or Kits components are used in. You can also customise kits during a sale, great for changing lengths of assemblies.

End to End barcoding includes scanning during receiving, stocktaking and picking. You can attach multiple barcodes to each part where you source it from multiple suppliers. Peach has Inner, Outer, Layer and Pallet barcode scanning. Barcodes will speed up the receiving, picking and dispatch areas of your business while increasing accuracy.

Sales Invoices, Purchase Orders, Specials, Statements or even account reminders can be sent using Email or Text messaging. Each Customer and Supplier has unlimited contacts with contact specific settings as to who gets which documents. Send invoices to three of the contacts and statements to two others. Send bulk emails to a group of customers or suppliers, or send bulk text messages or links for specials or product updates in minutes knowing the message will be delivered and not get stuck in a bottomless inboxes or spam filters. A bonus for your accounts person will be the ability to filter customers with unpaid invoices in 60 or 90 + days and send them a reminder listing the unpaid invoices. If 100 customers meet these criteria, you could assemble and send these reminders in no more than 5 minutes because Peach does the work for you. Try it and watch as your cash flow improves.

Peach Software has built their reporting suite. All transaction reports are date driven, so going back to see what happened last month or last year for the same period is simple. Most reports can be run in a summarised or detailed format and grouped then sub grouped. You can even select any field to sort the report by in ascending or descending order. All reports can be emailed or opened in XL or PDF giving you ultimate flexibility.

Peach Mobile works on iOS or Android & helps you on the move. You can scan through Customers, Suppliers and Products. See statistics and account balances. Find customers then click to start your journey using maps. Taking customer orders and generating supplier orders on the road couldn’t be easier.

With Peach B2B lets customers log in 24/7 to Check pricing, Stock & availability, see pictures and place orders. If they can’t remember what to order, they can simply generate an order based on their own purchase history. Orders instantly pop up in your system back at the office to be picked.
