What is RECRU?
RECRU is an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled human resource software designed to help businesses manage applicants, contacts, projects, client databases, internal communications, documents, recruitment processes, and more from within a unified platform. The intranet allows employees to access invitations, notifications, and announcements about corporate events, training, meetings, and courses, among other activities.
Using RECRU, supervisors can create customizable document templates in PDF or Microsoft Word formats for contracts, questionnaires, automated replies, and forms. Staff members can view information about new legislative pronouncements, statistical indicators, results, and work performance on a centralized notice board. The system also helps administrators create projects, manage the entire hiring process, from planning to evaluation, and track task durations, activities, events, expenses, and candidates according to requirements.
RECRU enables organizations to maintain a database of details about clients, contacts, business partners, and projects including emails, addresses, phone numbers, and websites. Managers can also plan and create events, adjust notification settings, and view scheduled activities on a calendar.
