Employees can share notes, log inbound and outbound voice calls, and schedule events. It also lets agents handle call queues, screen IDs, attend calls from remote extensions, and transfer calls to available or required agents.

RingByName offers integration with various third-party platforms such as Click2Call, Salesforce, Google Contact, and more. Users can view the status of all extensions and schedule meetings with clients using a dial-in teleconference feature. Supervisors can set up business hours, gauge phone call volumes, and access call records for training or audit purposes. Administrators can provide role-based permissions to prevent any unauthorized access and consolidate invoices through cost centre billing.
