Users can submit requests through Teams, a self-service portal, email, or a mobile app, with incoming emails automatically converted into trackable tickets. Single Sign-On through Microsoft 365 and SharePoint provides secure, one-click access across the organization.

Automated ticket routing, multi-tier approvals, and real-time dashboards ensure nothing gets missed.

Flexible deployment options include SharePoint On-Premises, including connected and air-gapped environments, SharePoint Online, and customer-hosted Azure GCC and GCC High environments, making it suitable for organizations with strict compliance and infrastructure requirements.

Flat-rate licensing covers unlimited staff and end users.

Optional NITRO Copilot capabilities further extend productivity by automatically classifying and routing incoming requests, summarizing lengthy email threads, and generating draft responses based on organizational knowledge and previous interactions.
