Easy to load, easy to use and easy for Staff to get used to and use immediately

Good - TimeSolv gives me the basics of what I needed for client time tracking and staff time tracking simultaneously
The ability to track staff time for clients at the same time as staff worked hours
The Payroll hours for my staff is a lot of work to get when they started and when they ended so I can pay them - Invoice creation has too many steps

As a user, none. That is a management Q.
I like the 'timer' integrated app in Outlook and in Timesolv. Very useful. Ability to import 'Other Charges' from Excel is also very useful.
Account number, it doesn't use them and nor will assign them. However, there is a workaround, but it is outside of TimeSolv.

Overall it has been positive.
The amount of white space makes it easier for users to enter their own time.
I do not like some of the reporting features under reports. However, recently TimeSolv did an upgrade and some of the information we needed can now be found in the dashboard under financials, available to people with admin rights.

Having an affordable real-time billing system and accepting payments through this system is exactly what we needed. I do like that the matters are broken out so the attorneys can see how much time was invested per matter.
The price was what attracted me to TS in the beginning. I like how the billing statements break out each matter into individual billing sections. [sensitive content hidden] in customer service has been exceptional for my office coordinator to work with in addressing issues we have run into. We have utilized the training videos on numerous occasions and that is a very helpful resource. I like the layout of the financial analytics.
There are aspects of the software that do not fit our need such as giving a credit for prepaid time at the end of the statement. It seems there have been several occasions where my office coordinator has had to figure out "work arounds". I would like to be able to change font sizes on invoices.

It has been very user friendly, we have been using the product for 1 year and have found it to be a wonderful product.
I really like how easy it is to add clients, time, and expenses. The Help section is a great feature that I have found very helpful.
The only thing that I have noticed that is a small nuisance is that when I add a new person to our system (attorney, paralegal, etc..) When I have set up different fees for certain matters, their rates does not automatically adjust and so we don't always notice the difference until we are billing, if we catch it at all which can be an issue if we are billing at the wrong rate.

I used to suffer from system crashes, corrupt data cells, and print failures. Not anymore
I run an established legal research and consulting service. I switched to TimeSolv after using the same PC based software for over 20 years. After the bugs in the ancient software became too much to handle, a friend recommended TimeSolv. I can't say enough good things about this application. The set up and conversion fo my data was a breeze, thanks to their conversion team. The app is super easy to use. I cut my invoice generation time by 2/3 and it is super easy to enter time on the go, whether at my PC or on my phone. The customer service and support is outstanding. Highly recommend
I don't use the trust accounting features yet, but will if the circumstances warrant.

I have had a great experience with Timesolv. Always attentive if I have an issue.
The ease of creating a new client, creating an invoice, drafting and finalizing.
It would be nice if when we create a new client we could input the billable rate in the client info portion and therefore the billable rate for the client was automatically inserted in each of their matters.

I recently became a sole practitioner after my partner retired and decided to look at a new billing program. We were previously using Timeslips and it worked OK for what we needed, but I wanted to upgrade to something that was easier to use. There has been a learning curve, which is to be expected, but it is very easy to navigate and their customer support has been incredible. I have called and/or...
I most like the ease of using TimeSolv for entering billable fees and expenses, and the customer service and support I have received thus far has been excellent.
Truly there is nothing I have seen that makes me regret making the change to TimeSolv. If I had to pick one thing it would be that there are many features that are customizable, but there are some others that I wish I could have a little more control over in the invoicing (size of address on first page for one), and the default display of a client's "office phone" instead of mobile phone (but this is easily remedied by entering the mobile # in the office # since I rarely ask for/need a client's work # anyways).

I've used some of the bigger name time entry systems in the past and when we decided to move to a smaller boutique firm, the money for those bigger time entry systems just was not there. We tested a few, but the one that has been the best has been TimeSolv. From a timekeeper standpoint, I am glad we have switched to TimeSolv. The cost per user is great and it works well with our small firm.
We love that we can see the number of hours billed each day in the month, editing and adding information is easy and adding disbursements is as well. The search features and most other items are easy.
Some of the information in our timekeeping isn't automatically added into our bills (which need to be). However, working with customer service to get those items added in has been a breeze.

TimeSolv Billing is so easy to use. Billing is quicker and easier and thus saves time and money! We are very very happy with TimeSolve Billing.
We used another time keeping software for 17 years. TimeSolv is so easy to learn and us for time and expense tracking and billing. Each user has access to client information so that they can answer questions and make sure that time and expenses are tracked daily and accurately and that the firm is paid on time. It's just a breeze to learn and use. And the "chat" feature is responsive and helpful and has guided us each stpe of the way.
We also use TimeSolvPay. We like the feature and it's really quite fine. I wish that clients automatically received an email receipt when they pay online (you have to manually send one) and I wish there was a way to save the client's card details for ease of future payments.

Setting up the product with a manually conversion was a little cumbersome. I would have liked a little more guidance from TimeSolv on this portion. While they were there for us to ask questions, with a new software you often "don't know what you don't know". A guideline or "steps" for how to setup all matters etc would have been useful. We have found several one - off situations that the systems cannot seem to handle.
TimeSolv is a great software for managing time. The training is great for clients who are well established on the product. Overall, this product has a great user interface and is fairly easy to learn on your own. Support is easy to get in contact with, and most generally can answer and solve issues rather quickly. The Knowledge center is a great resource tool. I also really enjoy being able to easily submit suggestions for improvements on the system.
There is still some features to be desired especially when it comes to modifying billing or matter setup to fit the clients needs. A little more "hand holding" could be done for new accounts first coming onto the system. There seems to be a lack of necessary reports, especially an audit report.

TimeSolv is intuitive and fairly easy to use. Even those who aren't super computer-savvy find it easy to enter time. The timers are an awesome time-saver, and everyone can access the program and enter their own time. Plus it integrates with LawPay to automatically apply payments.
The retainer feature seems incomplete, and doesn't line up with how we do our accounting, but we've found a work-around. There are a couple of reports that I'd like to see that don't currently exist, but the company seems good about taking feedback and perhaps incorporating it into future revisions.

The biggest problem with billing software is having a good interface for people to enter time quickly and easily. The pre-defined codes make time entry simple.
The invoice templates could use a little more flexibility, but we are able to easily modify to fill our specific needs.

It is the best of what we've tried but it hasn't stopped us for looking for a better billing software. I'd like client interface to look more like what it looks like when I pay my credit card.
The screens are easy to navigate and the clients tend to understand their bills better than other software we've used.
With the ease of use comes some areas in billing which are not labeled in a manner that fit our family law practice well.

This software tracks my time and expenses for clients and their respective projects. I enter everything as we go and at the beginning of the next month my bulling takes me maybe half an hour.
Very easy to use. Hardly any learning curve. Support is great. Pricing can't be beat!
I have absolutely nothing negate to say!

Great replacement for Timeslips, just when I needed it the most (at beginning of Covid)!
Simpler and more intuitive than Timslips, which it replaced. Great customer support. Build as a cloud solution, which Timeslips wasn't.
I would like some more flexibility with the layouts and task assignments

I can't say enough good about the customer support compared to every other software I've ever used - of any description. I am a sole proprietor, and the time that the reps took to convert my 15+ years of Timeslips data into a mostly familiar format in TimeSolv. Several lengthy phone meetings and training sessions were involved to make sure that they understood what I needed and I understood how to...
The reporting functions a little less intuitive than other functions, to my mind, at least. A quick daily snapshot of time billed today, this week, month, year, would be useful.

I have learned additional tips from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] at TimeSolv and am grateful for the experienced guidance and tips. Some of our clients have their own billing software and TimeSolv can be changed to accomodate their different billing in LEDES, for example. I really feel this software has everything, although I have not used other abilities in TimeSolv, as they are not necessary for our law practice.
This software is great for billing clients with assurance. Billing is my only interface with clients, and I want to be 100% accurate. With TimeSolv, I can be confident that the invoices are corrrect. I like that I can make changes to billing with ease. I like that TimeSolv can integrate well with the clients' billing software. For example, this software can produce LEDES invoices with the coding information needed by our clients in order for us to get paid faster.
TimeSolv negatives? I can't think of anything right now!

The software is very easy to use and very easy to teach others to use. The TimeSync app is a nice touch for overall simplicity.
I wish we could customize reports a little bit more but with all software, you are always faced with some limitations.

It is a really easy software to use. Training new users for our law firm has gone quickly because the software is not hard for beginners to figure out and is very intuitive. I also love that you can enter time from the application which makes it easy to record time when I am away for a meeting or traveling for a client. Any time I have had a question or needed further explanation on how to do something the Timesolv support staff has been very quick to respond and take care of the issue. I have used this software for nearly six years and don't plan on changing.
The only part of the software that was a little harder to figure out was the conflict and related party piece of the software.
