Appears more robust than MyCase. Dedicated "Help" button which provides tutorials for TimeSolv.

I appreciate the ease of editing and adding entries from a previous date. As a paralegal, it can be difficult to accurately bill each task in the moment and this feature is incredibly helpful.

EXCEPTIONAL IN ALL REGARDS.  There was a learning curve (as with all new systems), and I am continuing to learn, but [sensitive content hidden] have been with us every step of the way...from setting up our invoices to integrations with QuickBooks.  The program itself is also very intuitive, which makes errors easy to avoid.  For our firm (small-4 members) and needs, the reports are excellent, and easily enable us to gather all information we need each month.

EXCEPTIONAL

All the support from TimeSolv is incredible and without the nickel and diming.  They are very responsive to all my questions and issues.  This is a far better timekeeping system than TimeSlips.  The conversion was efficient and excellent; no problems whatsoever. I love the ease of use. I jumped right in without much of a learning curve.

TIMESOLV  is the answer to legal time entry, billing and invoicing

I regret paying ahead of time for a full year. I would have canceled with-in the first month. Be careful as they will automatically charge your account and they will not follow their own terms and conditions.

Billing with this program is easy. I like the mass billing, but I don't use it much as I still have to change the files before I submit to insurance companies to comply with their billing standards.

Great Product

I have had very little problems navigating the program.  When I have a question I can email my account representative who quickly responds with the answer.  Customer service is important.

Great product and hard to beat price to boot!

It has been very user friendly, we have been using the product for 1 year and have found it to be a wonderful product.  

Like most lawyers, I find billing and invoicing to be tedious.  It's my least favorite aspect of the business.  I used another product (Sage) for many years. It made me pull my hair out with frustration, as everything about it was clunky and difficult to use.  TimeSolv is by contrast, easy and even pleasant to use.  What a game changer. I highly recommend it.

I had been using a very old version of a different program for a couple of decades and it was time to make a switch. I had been dreading the change, but the transition to TimeSolv has been relatively painless.  I began tracking time, tracking expenses and invoicing clients immediately after opting into the free trial and getting an hour of free training.  I've requested and received additional free training since then and the training has been fantastic.  I ultimately decided to add TimeSolvPay as a payment option.  The training for TimeSolvPay was great.  I've use the feature once and it worked as advertised.

TimeSolv has been a good, affordable, practical solution for our time tracking and billing needs, without all the add-ons with the more expensive and more highly-advertised "practice management" products out there.  We get what we need, and don't pay a lot more for other features that do not apply to our practice and are not something we will regularly use.  Great ROI. Easily integrated.  Easy to use.  Allows for personalization.

TimeSolv Beat the Competition for Legal Billing Services

I recently became a sole practitioner after my partner retired and decided to look at a new billing program.  We were previously using Timeslips and it worked OK for what we needed, but I wanted to upgrade to something that was easier to use.  There has been a learning curve, which is to be expected, but it is very easy to navigate and their customer support has been incredible.  I have called and/or emailed several times and have always received quick and direct assistance to my issue.   Plus, I was able to work out most of the kinks during an extended free trial period to make sure it would fit my needs.  It has made my time-keeping much easier, and has really made our invoicing/billing process run much more efficiently.  I wouldn't hesitate recommending TimeSolv to anyone, solo practitioner like myself or even small/large firm.

I'm reviewing TimeSolv Legal Billing, which I give five stars and for more reviews like this, click below. Penn Law Net, which is an Apple-based product, and I am on a Windows platform right now, and actually, this is an internet-based product and we also used various other time and billing softwares, including I was with a couple large firms that had proprietary software for billing.
                                                       I took a spin using TimeSolv and did the demo and determined that it was really to ease of use and the reporting. I liked the fact that I could use it over all of the platforms in my phone, my iPad, my laptop, that really sold me on purchasing this product.
                                                       It didn't take long at all to be able to... They have tutorials that you use to determine how to use the product. And going through the initial tutorial, it was explained, pretty much everything I need to know to get started. And, then over time there are other tutorials that helped me drill down on the items that I needed to use the product.
                                                       I'm a big fan of TimeSolv. I like the ability to input time and expenses easily and on the go. It's easy to set up clients. I just really enjoy the product. I think that people will find that when they're trying to input payments, make invoicing, prepare invoices, it's just an ease.

Robert A.:                                             Robert, I'm an attorney. I have one person in my firm, which is me, and I give TimeSolv a four. I use TimeSolv to do my daily timekeeping for clients and to do a bill at the end of the month. It's easy to use and it's on my computer and seems to be very efficient. Well, what I dislike is it's much more complex and has a lot more opportunities to do things than I need, which then sort of complicates it a little bit for me. I'm sure there are features there that I might be able to use, but I haven't been able to figure them out yet, but it's got a lot of options.
