What is Mobiniti?

Mobiniti is an SMS marketing platform that helps engage new and existing customers through drip messages, targeted messages, feedback and reviews, mobile coupons, contests, and more. Automation tools enable users to schedule campaigns and personalized messages based on events, as well as send out timed messages such as after a contact joins a group, or a campaign is sent.

Organizations can grow their contact list by using in-store promotions, email or social to advertise and drive opt-ins. Users can track customer acquisition by source using mobile keywords, as well as create QR codes and flyers to help attract subscribers. Hosted web opt-in pages and widgets enable signups directly from the brand’s website. Contacts can be organized into groups, and messages can be sent to an entire list of contacts, or targeted to a specific segment.

Mobiniti allows users to design custom coupons with the organization’s logo, branding, image and address, along with a scannable UPC code. Mobile wallet integration allows customers to save coupons to Apple Passbook or Google Wallet. Analytics help users track their campaigns by monitoring view clicks, views and redemptions. Users can also create contests and set a start and end date, allow multiple entries and winners, and send the winner(s) a personalized message.

Mobiniti enables organizations to capture specific information about mobile subscribers, including email and birthdate. With just a mobile phone number or email address, users can capture further data such as social profiles (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and demographics including age, gender, location, Klout score, and interests. Organizations are able to reach out to customers for feedback, and request for them to leave a positive review online.
