Users can also add multimedia files to their surveys, format questions in any language, and add custom branding in order to enhance the user experience.

Businesses can invite participants to complete their survey using personalized messages across multiple channels including Facebook, Twitter, SMS, email or embedded within a website. User segmentation allows surveyors to target specific customer groups based on their characteristics or survey history, and panels can be created by recruiting or importing trusted respondents.
