What is StratusLIVE?
Cloud-based nonprofit platform that runs CRM, fundraising, finance, marketing, engagement, partnerships, and donor self-service on one constituent record.
Functions: constituent and household records with deterministic matching; donation pages, recurring giving, campaigns, and appeals; batch-based gift processing with general ledger export files formatted for QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; email design and campaign management; ticketed events and volunteer management; a donor self-service portal.
AI teammates: Prospect Research, Major Gift, Retention, and Constituent Support agents are included in every subscription. They research prospects with deterministic scoring and attached evidence, draft outreach and briefs, surface retention risk, and answer questions from live records. Nothing sends until a person approves it.
Integrations: Stripe and PayPal payment processing; WealthEngine, DonorSearch, and Kindsight wealth-screening connections in prospect research; Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the enterprise edition.
Security: a SOC 2 Type II report is available on request. Agents are read-only by default, work inside approval gates the team configures, and leave a full audit trail.
Deployment: cloud, SaaS, web-based. An enterprise edition runs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for organizations with complex structures or large data environments.
Pricing: revenue-based subscription with no per-seat fees. AI teammates are included rather than sold as a premium tier. Implementation is a fixed fee, and a complete written quote follows one conversation.
Customers include National Wildlife Federation, United Way, and the National FFA Foundation. Across the product family, the software serves 1,700+ organizations managing 20M+ donor profiles and $1B+ in annual giving.
