Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

We charge a small service fee of 2.0% + $0.50 per ticket. However, our Tip Pricing Model allows event organizers to add the service fee to the ticket price so buyers pay slightly more for the convenience of purchasing online and there’s no cost to the organizer. 99% of our customers choose this price model. The service fee is per ticket sold so if you don’t sell any tickets or have a free event you won’t be charged! Donations? Eventgroove Events does not charge a service fee for donations, however, payment processing fees from Stripe/PayPal will still apply. Free event? Free events get free service! If you’re not charging your event attendees, we won’t charge you either. You won’t have to set up a payment account or enter any financial details.
