Inventory management features cycle counts, kitting, live inventory adjustments, multiple warehouses

Warehouse management allows you to pick, pack, ship customer orders, print documentation, wireless mobile warehouse management, handle returns, barcode scanning

Product Management allows you to create multiple vendors per product, create vendor specific cost price, detailed product descriptions, batch/lot/serial numbers, multiple units of measure, manage variants, view backorders, and more

Customer order management allows you to provide customer specific pricing, real time stock information, multiple billing and shipping, create quotes, track sales by product and so much more

POS:

Our unique shopping cart design powers product sellers across multiple industries with an easy to use interface. Use APTX to run your physical store locations, your pop up locations, and/or your eCommerce business. You can manage customer data and offer customer specific pricing. You have the option to sell on the spot, ship to a customer after the transaction is completed via a warehouse order, or drop ship directly to a customer via a vendor.

Manufacturing:

This module allows businesses to track components, quantities and workflow process so you can focus on building great products for your customers. Features include bill of materials, work order management, workstation allocation, dashboard and planning.

Web Services:

All businesses today require an online presence and the ability to sell online. APTX's web and eCommerce solutions seamlessly integrates into the back end of APTX, ensuring your inventory levels are updated in real time. Our web services include customer facing eCommerce solutions, B2C, B2B, Sales Rep, 3rd party approval and payment processing.

APTX has embedded integrations with QuickBooks, Avalara, Shippo, POYNT POS, Shopify, WooCommerce, and over 180+ integrations, with an open public API.

    Pros
    AdvancePro is easy to use, great value for the money, and offers outstanding customer support.
    It is good for tracking inventory which is what it is designed for. The training classes are very helpful and easy to understand.
    Love that invoices transfers to Quickbooks. Customer support is always very friendly and helpful.
    Cons
    Trying to manage inventory can be very confusing until you get the hang of it.
    The customer often changes their sometimes massive orders, and our staff with more life experience has trouble coping with the often overcumbering steps required to make those changes.
    Sales man should not be able to take orders if the credit limit is crossed. POS system is very very unstable.
